I have been reading over the post and in the baltic war they stopped mostly because of the noobs not knowing how to play(other stuff to). I'm a noob some would say, and for the new people we need to know how to have a fun war. I could use a little train myself and other oldies could teach us a thing or two

A good idea is to go to Middle East's War and Negotiation Forum and read over the Archives of old wars and a couple of the more recent ones. Some good stuff there.

Did anything ever come of this plan, for instructional war games?

Does this count as a double post, if there are four months in between?

Yes.

You could have made the second post (to bump the thread), copied the contents of the first post and edited it into the top of the second then deleted the first post.

But meh, at least you didn't just say "bump" as I've been known to do.
