Oh, no doubt a lot of Hungarians profess to be Huns, hence why his statue is in Hungary's capital and why people are named after him. But in terms of blood relations, the Hungarians, who are the closest relations to Huns in Europe, have very little actual descent from them. Physically Ancient Huns bear a more similar likeness to Mongols, or Central Asians than to Hungarians. |
