NO CAMIZUAN ELECTION MONITORS! Saxe-Coburg will neither recognize Camizuan election monitors, or allow them to monitor the election. |

Will Saxe-Coburg then actively hunt down Camizuan moniters in the Netherlands? Will Saxe-Coburg send their own moniters to watch for Camizuans? Will Saxe-Coburg begin proceedings against Camizuans that have comitted no crime, despite our agreement? |

OOC: OK, how is this referendum going to work? Will there be any fraud, intimidation, etc, that will effect the results of the election? Will these discrepancies be found by our election monitors if they occur? |

OOC: There will be Camizuan "civilians" discussing "appropriate" voting before voters arrive at the polling places. |

If the election does not go smoothly, and a winner wins that was not on the list of 3 contenders, than it will be fraud. Yes, you can report that. |

OOC: Saxe-Coburg will not try to defraud the elections, but since we are so paranoid about Dr. Camizu, we will assume the elections are frauds until proven otherwise by Morracon. IC: Saxe-Coburg would like to propose that guards be established at the Dutch polling places. As it would not be proper for us to supply the guards since we are not neutral in this dispute, we recommend that Morracon provide security for the referendum. |

IC: Camizuan tourists are floking to the Netherlands, which is the hot vacation spot this year. As they are not from the Netherlands, they will only enjoy their vacations, and ignore the referendums, and visit relatives in Bohemia. Naturally, the Camizuans in the Netherlands will not affect the election in any way. OOC: :P |

Vacationing in the Netherlands? Doesn't seem wise with the current political situation there. Interesting.... very interesting. Be sure to visit a windmill. |

Well, naturally, its a complete coincidence that they are all choosing to go at this time. No reason to be worried. Nothing to see here. Move on. |

A complete coincidence, eh? Hmmmmmm.... Perhaps there is something to see here. I don't think I shall move on. The tulips are lovely at this time of year. I think I'll stay. |

Morrocon has offered to provide guards at polling places in accordance to Saxe-Coburg's suggestion if Elyk the Small will allow it. |

What is this, a search for Americas most wanted? No, there will be no guards by the voting lines from Morocan. I will have my own guards there in case of a Camizuan infiltration. |

OOC: I doubt this will be taken well. Elyk the Small could not ever be considered impartial because the referendums are on their rule. The referendum is a vote by the people of how many wish to join Elyk the Small and how many wish to stay independent. Elyk, your guards will likely be protested by other nations because you have an obvious interest in the outcome of the referendum. |

Fine, Elyk the Small will allow one guard at each voting center. This way the people can still feel safe whe they are voting, but also not feel scared by so much authority. I believe there will be a total of 800,000 citizens voting. There must be at least 400,001 in favor of us taking over. |

The Government of Morracon has dispatched one guard for each polling place. They will be rushed to the Netherlands as the time before the elections is getting short. |

Yours will go onto the European Continent's map as you are from that region and not the Middle East. |

I think he means a different country, in the Middle East, like some of us have different countries in different regions. |
