Although the United Arab Coalition is a new nation, it is not lacking in its military force. Military service for at least one year is compulsary. Roughly 25% of the total population is in the military, and an additional 50% are in local militias. The country has twelve helicopters, mainly used for strategic troop drops, around twenty five battle tanks, fifty artillary vehicles, thirty troop carriers, ten support vehicles and around eight MiG-29 fighters. It has a total of two bombers, most often used only in the most extreme cases, as well as around seventy anti-aircraft vehicles and SAM sites. A minimum fighting force of 500,000 is kept at all times, though numbers are often higher. In addition to regular forces, there are two special forces divisions, The People's Sword and The People's Shield. The People's Sword is trained to conduct operations deep within enemy territory. They are heavily trained and are efficient at leading local resistance forces if the need be. The People's Shield on the other hand is devoted to defence. They memorize nearly everything about their country and are trained in conventional and guerilla warfare. |

Not 25% try 1% or you will be ignored for godmodding. Think about this for a minute. If 75% of your country is in the military it's not a country. NS isn't all about war, 1% is reasonable otherwise you will be ignored. |

 Roughly 25% is your nation's working force. If they're all in the army, then kiss weaponry, equipment, clothing and rations goodbye because you'll neither have the money nor the labourers to procure or produce them. Why don't you read the sticky first? |
