I saw it the "day" it got released. You know, at 0.01 o'clock... A friend had won free tickets. But that's already some weeks ago. I think I got influenced by Andy's new flag and motto. A motto can be powerful on the weak-of-mind. |

OOC: Sorry, I did not finish this cause I've been busy lately, and haven't been on this site. I was hoping, originally, to have his power grow, until eventually the nation was torn apart by religious conflict. Not a pretty storyline. |

Ooo! The Papacy doesn't mind being implicit in that! I've already ahd August call for a Dawnsian Catholic insurgency. |

Well maybe we can still continue with that some other time. Right now, its hard for me to get back into the spirit of this story, but eventually I would like to revisit it. I am going to have to do some updates on the situations of major characters in my nations first, however. |

In the cave temple, the prophet read from the ancient scrolls. His small, but growing, congregation chanted with him when they were supposed to, while the three gagged captives merely looked on in horror. The prophet gestured to his attendants as he continued to chant, "And just as was bound Old One-Eye, who learned that he paid too high a price for wisdom." The attendants carried the three bound young men, moving them over to the wooden assembly, "And just as was bound Ashur, whose city lay in ruins, whose people are left in myth." The attendents brought out nails and hammers, and laid the three out on the three crosses they had assembled. "And just as was bound Mastarna, who will never never return to his Twilight Citadel, which still watches westward in expectation." Three young men were nailed to wooden crosses, in mockery of Christ and the two thieves. "Now is bound Yahweh, who has been put to death a common criminal, and shall not live again." The crosses were the raised, the execution begun. "I offer their deaths to the Silver Mirror, holy goddess who reflects the face of our master. I offer their deaths to the Great Fire, who has left this land in search of better places. I offer their deaths to Sakha, the cold one that men cannot forget. Foremost, I offer their deaths to the Resplendent Dawn, sacred master, holy lord of radiance. The death-giving rain of fire was but a prelude. Soon the entire world will bathe in blood, and nevermore shall land bear your name but forget your face." When the ritual was complete, the congregation waited long enough to watch the crucified captives die. The cleaned and purified the cave temple, and returned to their regular lives. The prophet continued to travel. For it was not for him, to remain in one place. |

Thanks :) I plan to work this guy into the coming world war. Hmm... perhaps he could be the trigger somehow... BTW, are there any nations that might be sympathetic to his cause? His cause being, to eradicate Christianity and other monotheistic faiths within the Empire, and to restore the worship of the Sun-god. I would be interesting in finding allies/shelter for him. My own character, God-king Sakha XXXVI would support him, but that is very far away. Are there any nations closer to the RD that would be interested in entertaining such a visitor? |

OOC: He could technically visit Egyria... but the odds that he'd gain any sort of following would be nil |

OOC: Nag may be interested because, although he is courting the Papacy, he has secret plans and this guy may be just the one to help Nag develop and execute his plans. |

The followers of Abdul might be willing to help him, but they would corrupt his sun-worship to be used for their own purposes. They would support him, though, because he is trying to wipe out Christianity. |

He would find shelter in NE, but we'd have to keep him on a low profile... unless he wants to work with the upcoming Rebel faction (but it'll be a while before they hit the scene) |
