I know Laeplaen personally, and he is Evangelical. He is not insane, however. And Evangelicals are definetly not all the same. He's not pentacostal or something, not a snake-handler, not part of a wierd UFO religion. His views are far, far different from mine, but he is not insane. |

Was Cthulhu gay? He's dead but dreaming. But the real question is, who, or what, is he dreaming about? |

Well, in any case. This is why being human is good. We all are different. There would be no fun if we were all the same. To categorize all Protestant's as the same would be to categorize any group as entirely the same... it's not true... Replying to Xeres, yes, Christ was a man. This is very true. However, Christ was a perfect man free from sin. But, that's a whole different conversation. I may be "different" and "radical" with my views, but that is who I am. I just don't want what has happened to a lot of my families country, Sweden. The National Swedish Church was forced by the government to take out part of Romans which directly attacks homosexuality. Also, many pastors have been jailed for preaching against homosexuality because it is "hate speech." Even near the U.S, Focus on the Family, a Christian company who has a radio show has been banned in parts of Canada for i'ts "hate speech." My fear, is that, free speech and liberalism will destroy the religion/relationship I hold very dear. My very own cousins have been hurt very badly by what has happened in Sweden. If this trend continues in the rest of the world, it will be very sad. I won't go on about homosexuality, but I'll give this one comment. Homosexual marriage and normal marriage cannot co-exist without permanent damage to one of them. They are completely different... like adding in hot and cold. But alas, Xeres, you can rejoice!! I'll be on vacation and not involved with the forum for over two weeks, enjoy! |

Is that right? I thought the issue was not homosexuality but gay marriage. Homosexuality and marriage have been coexisting since the first marriage was preformed. Homosexuality is not something that one can simply choose to pursue. It is a pattern of behaviors that has been present in the human race likely since before the dawn of civilization. Also, how many people that would have gotten married are honestly going to choose not to be married because it is no longer restricted to heterosexual people? How would what someone else did somewhere else affect the bond between yourself and your spouse? Also, let it be known that adding hot water to cold water makes warm water. One would think that it would be the same with adding any other non-specific things of different temperatures. |

The hot and cold was my point... hot being homosexuality. It was a bad analogy. I meant homosexual and regular marriage... it has been edited. |

Xeres, your attitude is "If you don't think homosexuality is valid, you suck, and if you suck you're a terrible awful disgusting evil asshole who should rot in Hell." Or, more simply, "Your opinion is WRONG." Anyone here who disagrees with you is instantly considered to be a bigot. You're like those uber-extreme feminists who think all men are evil because they're men dammit! What other logical conclusion could be made! This is and has been a loaded topic ever since its creation, and everybody here knows it. -Comrade Alexeo |

Here here! Your comments about Xeres are spot on, and I've been subject to it the most for being a Catholic. I didn't even have to open my mouth, the very fact that I was Catholic set him of against me to begin with. I think Xeres needs to go on some like rehabilitation course because he obviously has intolerance issues. He is clearly anti-Catholic, definently anti-Christian and probably anti-all religion (although no doubt Buddhism is exempt). I have feelings that he is intolerant of black people, although I can't prove this just things he has said has made me believe that. He has a pure hatred for straight people, need I say more? And finally he is completely intolerant of those who have less intelligence than him and has no patience or compassion for them. That is at least 5 different types of intolerance, not even I can be claimed to be that intolerant: 1) White people. 2) Gays (although I disagree). 3) Protestants. I can only count three that I can be accused of. |

I'm sure you'd love to get me into one of those fraudulant "Cure the Homo" clinics. Don't bother. Oh, please add peodophiles to my list of hates. |

What's wrong with white people? Personally the only group of people I hate on principle are Albanians. Their women look like ugly men and their "Greater Albania" (which is an imperialist entity that consists of any soil touched by an "Ethnic Albanian" in the last 500 years) is a malignant tumor eating away at the world, including northeast Ohio. Eliza Dushku deserves to die because she's half Albanian. I also dislike people who like Fountains of Wayne (FoW is shit), Koreans who convert to Christianity (it's a travesty that the beautiful Korean culture is being ruined by the foreign devils' religion, which is now the largest religion in South Korea), and westerners who dabble in eastern religions (eastern religions are full of shit). Also, all my comments here were half-serious, half tongue-in-cheek. |

4. Okay I give you that one. 5. I give you that one as well. 6. Not true. I've never said a bad word about Lesbians. My comments have been solely directed at gay men. 7. Nope, don't hate bisexuals. 8. I don't hate smart people at all. Don't know where you got that idea from. 9. Kinda but not really. I hate science not scientists. 10. No, not really. 11. Not true either. I love diversity. No, I wouldn't love to get you into one of those fraudalent 'Cure the Homo' clinics. You completely misunderstand my views. |

Yaoi is an interesting genre that comes out of Japan. It pretty much is the Japanese counterpart to slash. (I assume you know what slash is right? Because if not, this is going to be a long series of hinting and implying to describe the nature of yaoi.) |

Ah, slash, such as Batman/Robin, Kirk/Spock!! Then I have acually been collecting Yaoi for some time, not even knowing what it is called! Now, is Yaoi the real young, thin hipped, feminine types in short pants, or the pretty, older, sexier androginous types? Thanks for the enlightenment. Also, this weekend is the Gay Pride Parade in Chicago. I'll be there, in drag!! If anyone else will be there, look for the 6' drag queen who looks like Loretta Lynn, and say "hi"! |

As long as I have so many people tied to Southwest Asia all in one place maybe someone can answer this: Is Jelq for real? Does it work? Are there really Jelq masters and teachers that advise young men? |

Yes it's for real. No it doesn't work... much. Yes there are many 'masters' who charge rediculas prices. There's only so much flexiability in there, you could get a slight improvement but it's not much. It works about as well as a certain Swedish device. ;) But no, the so called Jelq Masters is BS, pure and simple. Much like "I caught a fish this big!" Keeping with the Austin Powers theme: "Your spy car's a Mini?" "It's not the size son, it's how you use it." Anyway... it makes for good exercise, but don't expect results. And before the jokes start - I'm perfectly comfortable with myself, but there's always room for improvement. |

Commenting on the part about drag, and I don't know why I'm going to tell you all this, and I'll regret it in the morning, well technically since it is after 1am here it is morning, but anyway...I've dressed in drag before. It was this whole talent show thing and me and a couple of my friends did it. It was surprisingly fun, though not a profession I am looking to go into. Though I have to say the attention from my female costars (the friends of mine) was quiet nice, what with the putting on of makeup all what not...Ah high school, it's simple one place you won't forget, whether it be good memories or bad. I'm kinda sad that it end for me this year, well only cause of all the friends I'm losing. I'm not said that the classes are over, cause they were always a drag (pardon the expression lol). Simply put high school would be awesome if classes didn't get in the way. ;) |
