How did you manage to do that? Linking it I mean. When I try to link it it just gives the website name...
Click on someone on the tree and say "share". That brings up an email form with a link at the bottom.

I have a monarch now, but he's not related to anyone, or married. I'll have to work on that.

Is there more than one family of monarchs? Not all the royalty of our world can be related.

They can be, and if I have anything to say about it, they will be.

****

One of the "main" royal families has always been the Papal bloodline. Other nations had monarchs, but where CE was so big (and arguably the biggest defender of monarchy) it was advantageous for other royal lines to marry in. Once Louis of the Eastern Kingdom of Catholic Europe was put on the throne of Harumf nothing could stop CE and NH from pimping their royals far and wide.

Despite the rise of many-a European royalty, RD's family echo pretty much proves that almost everyone is at least tangentially connected to everyone else.

But yeah, there's more than one family of monarchs.

House Aloerburg (the monarchs of Kasnyia) is independant of the supertree, though House Ribbenzopf is a recent inductee. I have people from distaff branches I could marry off to you, Telosan, as well as the sister of the current Emperor.

And then all you need to do is marry the offspring into the supertree!

Hah. Nah. I think I'll either keep them marrying other Kasnyians or small royal houses to give any future regal families a chance to expand without joining the supertree. Of course, that means everyone from the ruling line is out since the current Emperor's mother was a Sanctus, which I believe is part of said supertree. All the cadet and distaff lines from before KXI are still purely Kasnyian (and in the case of one branch, German of House Carolingian, which was also independant if memory serves) though, and they have quite a few eligibles for marriage. I intend to develop these branches if I ever get bored of the currently ruling line.

Well my royal family tree consists of only a few people. Domenico (was Drake Reed) is unmarried. Julianna, his sister, is widowed with no children.

I plan on having a family tree for each of the noble houses of Venice, since the actual position of Doge is not necessarily hereditary, though it is possible for it to be. This opens up a great opportunity to introduce more characters and through the different families, as well as having plenty to marry off.

Since my noble families are based on RL nobles of Venice, I'll probably disregard all the members of the family prior to this generation.

Whatever happened to the marriage you and I put together? I forget at the moment which specific characters were involved, but I'm curious to know what particular place my own minuscule royal family has in your tree.

Claudia is the current Empress-consort, so your royal family, through mine, is connected to the supertree through the maternal line...I think. I have no idea how House Sanctus is organized, especially since the house is now extinct with only my Emperor and his decendants remaining of them.

I really need to make one of these now, before any of my royal families gets...too big...

The Conn family isn't in the said super-tree, of course I've been marrying brother and sisters for 6 generations so that's probably why.

Oh and I've still got one daughter of Paul Romanov to marry off if you'd be interested Telo

That'd work perfectly with Venice trying to solidify an allegiance.

Pardon my necro, but I've got the Voramix line pretty much lined up with help from Nag's Emmanulas tree having already framed the core of it. I expanded on his and then exported and imported so the starting place would be Hirak-Al. If anything's moved on further, I'm willing to add more details wherever.
