Grassy Path is Johto Route 37Music:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vHTpY9Aqp4IPokemon Trainers to fight, wild pokemon in the grass that can be captured if Poke Balls were bought or found. Some status ailment curing berries on trees. Snorlax in the way of another path. Won’t wake up, even if attacked. Rests after every turn, can’t be defeated. If food is used to bait it out of the way, it will wake up and follow the food. Can follow that direction for some loot.
Make it to Ecruteak City. The gym and the stores are closed, but the Kimono Dance Theater and the two Towers are open.
Music:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=totwn-ECC_U10 Story Bell Tower that can be climbed for loot. At the summit is Ho-oh.
Music:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kr5ux-hejyMSage Gaku, Sage Masa, and Sage Koji explain the history of the tower, and that the crystal bells on each corner of the tower have not rung in a millennium. But legend says that when all four bells ring, a miracle will occur.
One fight each on floors 2-10
Rattatas, Gastlys, Zigzagoon, Meditite, Spinas, Chatots
Must watch step, or else you’ll fall through holes. Holes won’t hurt, but if you drop through one during battle, you’ll have to wait a few turns to get back in.
A bell rings from the north at floor 2. A bell rings from the east on floor 4. A bell rings from the south on floor 6. A bell rings from the west on floor 8. All four bells ring in perfect harmony on floor 10.
Fight Ho-oh at the top. It flies away, leaving behind a rainbow feather and a bag of ashes. The party can choose to pick up only one, the other will be blown off the roof by the wind. The Rainbow Feather will summon Ho-oh to a battle to use Sacred Fire to deal heavy damage to all enemies. The Sacred Ash will heal and revive all party members a single time out of battle.
Neither of the items will be elaborated on or identified unless the party asks the three Sages about the items.
Alternatively, go to the Burned Tower
Music:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rGGzTCMrkRsSuicune, Entei, and Raikou are waiting at the bottom of the tower. They will flee upon the party’s arrival, and will become random encounters at a later part of the game. There is a chance to find a gold nugget hidden where they were if searched.
In the burned tower are Rattatas, Zubats, Koffings. There are cracked rocks. If broken, items or Shuckles will be fought. One rock may have an HP Up hidden under it. Another has a Burn Heal.
Firebreather Ned and Firebreather Richard will send out their 2 Koffings, Growlithe, and Charmeleon at you. Chance of being burned in this battle.
Or, go to the Kimono Dance Theater and fight the Five Kimono Girls with their Eeveelutions. When beaten, the Director will try to give the party HM Surf, but a Team Rocket Grunt will rush in and steal it. The party can then chase after the grunt for the HM. Surf is a new Special Attack one party member can use to deal ATK—3 to all enemies.
An idling truck outside of town will take the party to Frantic Factory.
Falkner will fly down and offer to take the party to the Glitz Pit for a few coins each.
The Corn Field is a corn field, and the (party member) from before is so insistent on going to there right away that they go in the night.
There is nothing around to see, it’s too dark. But if they go to the center of the field, lights from the sky will suddenly appear. In a flash, the party will be taken away to the Banjo-Kazooie aliens’ ship.
Music:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oPVFDs5YNUoThe Aliens explain that their childrens are brats and bored. So they will use these earthlings to entertain them. They have three choices: Fetch an ultra-rare toy, battle for their amusement, or become the aliens’ playthings forever. (The unspoken fourth choice is they can fight the aliens and seize control of the ship. It is a difficult battle, but if they win, they get the UFO and a ray gun. The UFO will be shot down by the Egg Carrier and captured by the Egg Carrier on the next day.)
Getting the Toy takes you to
Frantic Factory. Frantic Factory would similar to how it is in DK64. Most of the fighting will be against the toys and robots that were in DK64 as well, though Kremling security will eventually pick up the longer you stay there. Once they find the ultra-rare toy, the aliens will beam the party back to their ship. Somewhere is a big delivery truck they hide in to escape the factory if they don’t want to do the aliens’ quest.
Fighting for entertainment will send the party to
Glitzville, or a Fire Emblem Arena. Glitzville could involve fighting and maybe some mystery solving for Jolene. Some shops and stuff maybe, but not much of a variety compared to actual towns. If the party wants to help the aliens, at least one of them will have to fight a few matches in the Glitz Pit though. The alien kids will watch on TV. Like Frantic Factory, there will be another way to escape. The Egg Carrier, the Blackjack, the Epoch are parked around the city. Eggman, Setzer, and Lucca are among the people betting on the matches. You can talk to any of them about getting a ride.
Look into more Fire Emblem Arena info.

A scenic lake right next to Toad Town, this area has most everything a fisherman would need. There's a little shack for going fishing, canoe rentals for those looking to look across the lake surface, and all sorts of other mini-shops and small businesses across the waterfront.
Fishing House: Fancy testing your luck with the aquatic life? Try the fishing house! Rent a rod of your choice, then cast it in the lake for a go at some underwater creatures. Rods come in four sizes: Small, Medium, Large, and XL. Depending on which rod you choose, you'll wind up getting some different types of sea life. Be wary - some creatures are decidedly more hostile than others.
(Fish out enemies to fight; Small Rod gives wimps like Magikarps or Cheep-Cheeps but bigger sizes give bigger/more ferocious creatures. Obviously the more threatening a monster is, the more rewards it gives upon defeat.)
Broque Madame's Hut: The largest building in the lot belongs to Broque Madame, the "beautiful" landowner of the lake. She often has her own personal problems that she needs other's helps with. We hear she tends to pay good, so it might be worth checking out.
Help Broque Madame with things no man should have to suffer through to get coins. For a joke, it could also do actual physical damage through psychological torment.)
Odd Vendor: Some of the small lake-side vendors have reported seeing an odd beanish man carrying around with him some weird Mushrooms for sale. No one knows if he's set up shop or is just some homeless bum, but either way keep an eye out.
(Fawful event, someone stumbles upon Fawful's shop and gets force sold a Lucky Shroom. The Lucky Shroom is actually some sort of poison shroom - like it'll either just straight up poison whoever Fawful tricks into buying it or do something else silly. (Blorbs? Uncontrollable dancing?) Alternatively Fawful could be the "boss" of the area.)
Dunes: Oh yay deserts. These dunes are rather big, and also rather infested. You've got two routes going through: the short path through the sands, or a longer path winding through some cliffs.
Short Path: This takes you straight through the dunes themselves, and through the stifling desert heat. While this path may be shorter, it is also perhaps more dangerous - exposure to the heat will gradually wear on anyone traveling, causing damage if not checked. The wildlife here is also better adapted to the sands than you are, making for more difficult fights. There are caves one can hide in to cool off and recuperate, so it's not all bad, but monsters have been known to get inside.
(Short path enemies would include things like Cephalos, Digletts, those weird mud/sand men from A Link to the Past, etc.)
Long Path: This path is longer, but arguably safer. The heat doesn't affect this area quite as much, and little oases dart the area. However, it's also a bit more cramped, so monsters become more of a nuisance. You should also keep an eye on your footing - some sandy areas are a bit less stable than others, and may run off the side of the cliff and back into the dunes themselves.
(Long path enemies would include things like Monty Moles, Geodudes, Keese, etc.)
No matter which path you take, keep an eye out for:
Fallen Stars: Meteor showers are very common in this area. If you're lucky, you might find a meteor in your travels!
(Meteor chunks litter the area, especially the caves. Some chunks may not actually be meteors and could instead be alien tech.)
Settlements: Old settlements dot the area, likely produced by nomadic groups. You might find something useful here. There has been sightings of smoke rising up during the night; maybe there's a group in the area?
