War Machines

Bonetail (100 Day Pit Boss)
Posted Image
Theme
A thousand years ago, the Shadow Queen put Bonetail in the bottom of the Pit of 100 Trials as a means to torture and punish anyone she desired. Of course no one ever made it to the bottom of the pit and her pet starved to death. Which would be a bummer if this army wasn't about how dead things kick ass. Now the ginormous dragon is free to wreak havoc for its new master. And I really have to stress the ginormous part. Bonetail himself is as long and wide around as Hotel Delfino, so he can gobble up troops by the dozen and smash barricades with ease. He also has Dangerous Breath, which can induce sleep with white gas, confusion with green gas, shrink enemies to reduce their strength with purple gas, and freeze enemies solid with blue gas.

Boolossus, The Jumbo Ghost (200 Day UWM)
Posted Image
Theme
Boolossus is the largest ghost under King Boo's service with the ability to infinitely grow in size and strength. Boolossus is ordinarily 50 feet in diameter when he's made up of fifteen Boos. But every time a Boo flies into him to join up, he grows another five feet in diameter; twenty feet for an Atomic Boo. To do the math for you, 300 Boos can make him 1500 feet tall, a little bigger than the Empire State Building. The troops that fuse with Boolossus don't die unless the entire ghost is destroyed, but neither will they restore any health to him.
Body Slam: An Atomic Boo crashing into you has the force of a wrecking ball. Boolossus feels like the Moon coming down on you.
Scare: A big ghost bubbling with other ghosts. With a loud enough BOO he can shatter windows and scare an enemy to death.
Scatter: Boolossus can break apart and reform at any time he pleases. If it sees a barrage of attacks coming, he can spew out some Boos to intercept the damage at no harm to himself. Or, he can split into a number of smaller Boolossi that are a fraction of his strength to double-team victims. The last option is to simply launch Boos at foes like a cannon, and if the Boos aren't killed after impact, they can float back to join the big guy.
Invisibility: Oh yes. The giant Boolossus (and all the ghosts he can Scatter) can turn invisible. Just... not for more than a few seconds at a time.
Possession: Boolossus isn't a very subtle poltergeist. He can't fit into something unless it's large enough or powerful enough to house him--like a Base. A few hits will force him out, but those moments when he can take over your defenses can be vital and devastating.

Bouldergeist (50 Day Rock Smasher)
Posted Image
They look like big, strong hands, don't they?
This nasty ghost crashed to earth on a comet. King Boo had his soldiers recover him and enlist him. Bouldergeist is surrounded by thick boulders that are damn hard to break through to hit the vulnerable squishy ghost hiding inside. Even harder is getting around those giant stone fists he's throwing your way. He can raise up giant stone stalagmites from the earth to trap someone in place and then let them have it with those big rock fists I talked about before. And since King Boo made him wise up, he stopped pooping out Bomb Boos for people to swing back into him.

Chet Rippo (100 Day Creep)
Chocobo Racing: Black Mage's Theme
Posted Image
This legendary nuisance found his way into our store AND NOW THEY WON'T LEAVE. Please, take him off our hands. Chet's specialty is in distracting opponents with his uncomfortable presence and manner of speaking. He cannot be destroyed, merely delayed temporarily. He will hound your opponent mercilessly, always appearing to drive them to tears in frustration and in fear. Using him is only for the coldest of hearts.

Doopliss (100 Day Freak-in-a-Sheet)
Nyuck Nyuck Nyuck!
Doopliss, the Demon of Creepy Steeple, is back to his prankster ways. And by "prankster," I of course mean "infiltrating enemy armies to destroy them from within." This Duplighost's perfect transformations would put a Ditto to shame, as he can take on the form of anything from a gnat to Mecha Godzilla. He'll gain some of their powers too, but he'll never be any stronger or any weaker than a 100 Day War Machine. Of course he has plenty more tricks up his sleeves. If he wants to make an extra convincing disguise, it's best to just become the real thing. Once an update, Doopliss can bodysnatch an enemy and turn them into a mute shadow of their former selves, which makes it hard to talk their former allies out of killing them after Doopliss gives the order to take them out. Finally, if he has to rumble he can float int he air to land a flying headbonk attack. Or even better, he'll ring a bell and turn enemies into pigs. Ha!

Lady Bow (100 Day Lethal Lady)
Theme
Lady Bow always held authority over her haunt of Boos in Forever Forest using her imposing manner and regal beauty. When she journeyed with Mario she became an impressive fighter in her own right. In battle, she combines her stern noblewoman attitude with her surprising strength. She has all the abilities of a regular troop, including flight, invisibility, the ability to possess troops or war machines, in addition to her own sort of transparency. She can use Outta Sight to make anything she's touching just so and allow them to avoid any harm. To deal harm, she puts her steel fan to use and smacks the ever loving shit out of you with rapid strikes. Anyone who doesn't get offed by her fan is left dizzy and unlikely to land any attacks.

Mr. Bones (100 Day Spooky Scary Skeleton)
SPOOKY SCARY you get the gist. Mr. Bones is SPINE-tinglingly spooky, with RIB tickling antics that will shock you to the BONE. The legendary Spooky Scary Skeleton is a master of fright, as well as appearing any time someone says anything remotely related to bones or skulls or skeletons. Mr. Bones functions similarly to the other famous nuisance Chet Rippo. He'll appear to distract and spook his target, maybe doing a little dance, maybe playing a DOOT DOOT on his trumpet. He doesn't do any direct damage himself, but his presence can disrupt troop formations, plans of attack, and make you forget about using an Artifact. Sure you can blast him to bony bits, but he'll keep pulling himself back together until he's completely ground to powder.

Mr. Bones' Wild Ride (60 Day Unending Rollercoster)
Roll up, roll up, to the longest ride ever! In fact, it's so long that no one's ever gotten to the end of it and lived. When the ride starts, there is only one car in the roller coaster where Mr. Bones sits (or dances, depending on his mood). The car flies all around the battlefield, untethered by any rail system. And as the car runs over more victims, a new car is magically added to the roller coaster where his victims are trapped forever, unable to escape the wild ride or be rescued. Unless you're some sort of tough guy, then maybe you can get out. Everyone else is good as dead. At it's maximum length, Mr. Bones' Wild Ride is roughly the size of Jörmungandr, give or take a few inches. And of course, Mr. Bones is in complete control of the car whether he's driving it or sp00king someone elsewhere. This ride is Hella Skella.

Ramboo (100 Day Call of Duty Ghost)
Theme
The unstoppable badass has come out of retirement, and he's brought his entire arsenal with him. Equally at home with stealth missions as he is with widespread carnage. He can infiltrate locations and pick off targets with such expertise that he makes Solid Snake look like a joke. Or, he can break out his seemingly endless repertoire of machine guns, pistols, assault rifles, cross bows, grenades, and RPGs to lay waste to troops on a massive scale. It winds up looking a lot like this.

Tubba Blubba (100 Day Ghost Gulpin' Castle Crusher)
Theme
The heartless monster of Gusty Gulch isn't the invincible force of nature he once was, but after finding some semblance of a backbone again, he's ready to take to the field. As you can tell from the name alone, Tubba is a big fat muthasucka and he packs a punch. Though he's not invincible like he once was, he's still very resistant to damage. He has to be, since he's running through a battlefield with nothing but his fists to protect himself. Better hope he doesn't make it to your base, since he has a knack for crumbling castles once he gets upset. Or, if he gets his hands on an enemy, he may turn them into a snack to replenish some health.

Artifacts

The Dark Moon Pieces
The Dark Moon once sent out ghost hypnotizing brainwaves that made spirits do unnatural things like have eyeballs and not kill everyone they saw. King Boo broke it again, but this time he's going to keep the segments nice and corrupted to serve his nefarious purposes.

Shard of Shadows: 50 Days
Darkness eats up all the light on the battlefield, from sunlight to night lights, turning anywhere into a ghost paradise. This darkness stacks with the Lantern Ghosts' effect, and has all the effects their darkness has on armies: blinding enemies, hiding my troops, and healing and strengthening them under the Love the Dark upgrade. The darkness lasts for two updates.

Shroud Fragment: 50 Days
Now you see us, now you don't. Every allied unit (not just troops) within 500 feet of the artifact becomes cloaked with invisibility for an entire update. How is this different than the normal troop upgrade? This allows units to attack without losing their invisibility! For troops and Uber Units, it works just fine. With war machines and Heroes, it sort of has a habit of... well it's more like Predator cloaking. Invisible, but you can see shimmery stuff moving around if you look closely.

Haunted Chunk: 50 Days
Wasn't it so great when Hotel Delfino started dancing around that one time? Yeah. Let's see how well YOUR base dances. The Haunted Chunk releases a strong poltergeist to possess your entire base. And it's mean. It may make the whole place shake and rumble, switch off base defenses, and generally make your base an unsafe place to be. But try hiding under your bed sheets, that usually works.

Gem of Entrapment: 50 Days
Even having a corpse littering the battlefield is too much skin and muscle for King Boo's liking. That's where the Gem of Entrapment comes in. When this piece is activated, all enemy soldiers within 500 feet have their flesh and bone stripped away and are left as ghosts. The ghosts immediately fall in line and start attacking their former allies. Probably to tell them how cool being a ghost is and they should die and be a ghost too. That's gotta be it.

Jewel of Illusion: 50 Days
King Boo is a master of illusions, but sometimes even he can't manage to keep up a large scale illusion for long and then have twenty other smaller things going on at the same time. To compensate for that, the Jewel of Illusion is able to create a complicated, large scale illusion on a battlefield that will last for an entire update. It could be just about anything that King Boo's illusions can, and they're just as convincing.

Remnant of Empowerment: 50 Days
Sometimes, you just need a little extra oomph to really show those fleshies how helpless they really are. The Remnant of Empowerment charges a single target and gives them a tremendous amount of new strength. They don't move faster, or take less damage, or do anything new or flashy. But every single attack they do hurts much much more. It is a strict power boost, and you'll really see a world of difference. Yadda yadda single update.
