"Rising from the ranks of a knight and later a paladin, Tirion Fordring was a man of honor — and his commitment to upholding his honor no matter the cost often brought him into conflict with his family and friends." Tirion is a utilitarian at heart, looking to produce the greatest good for as many as he can to the point that it harms himself and his personal relationships sometimes. However, he is steadfast and valiant, utilizing the powers of The Light to combat the more evil and insidious powers in the world. His list of achievements is vast, from circumventing a war with Orcs on multiple occasions to killing the corrupted Arthas Menethil - better known as the Lich King: perhaps the most deadly villain to ever come into Azeroth. Tirion's latest achievement is the foundation of the Argent Crusade, of which he is commander in chief.

Legendary Weapon: Ashbringer

Tirion wields the sacred blade Ashbringer, a sword of unrivaled power. After being purified, the blade's immense latent strength was unleashed. Though Tirion is already an accomplished warrior and potent spellcaster in his own right, the legendary blade serves as a focus for his abilities and brings him up to superhuman strength. The edge of the blade is razor sharp and reinforced, able to cut through even the thickest armor with ease. The glowing circle mounted in the back functions as a catalyst for holy spells, amplifying his already impressive paladin abilities.

Sanctify (100 days): After having been meticulously polished and sprinkled with holy salts and 13 herbs and spices, Ashbringer is looking quite spick and span. First of all, the thing is basically oozing holy power right now, and that means that it does a respectable chunk of extra damage on every hit - enough to make you really want to stop yourself from getting hit the second time. And about stopping yourself from getting hit: Ashbringer now pierces more or less all defenses it comes across. Whether it's armor, a forcefield, damage mitigation, or straight up intangibility, you're going to be feeling the hurt. The only way to avoid damage from Tirion's trusty blade is more or less to simply avoid getting hit by it. Too bad he doesn't have an ability that stuns you or anything - oh, wait. Sucks.

Active Abilities

Holy Shock (20 50 days): Tirion channels for a moment before unleashing several orbs of concentrated holy energy. These orbs track their target fairly closely and explode on contact in a small radius, with enough force to blast apart even armored war machines (although they won't do much more than bust a few holes in the shell of anything particularly large. The ability can be used as fast as Tirion can cast it, but ever three or four orbs he'll need to take another ~second to channel more energy. The orbs can be fired out of his hand or out of Ashbringer, and while it can't be aimed at or track allies, any friendlies caught in the blast are healed instead of damaged. Tirion requires line of sight to cast the spell, but once it's been cast the orbs will track their target without further input.
Litany of Power (30 day upgrade) - After reading up on some holy prayers and whatnot, Tirion's ability to shoot magical holy balls of light at enemies is largely bolstered. The orbs now deal roughly double their original damage, have a slightly wider splash, and heal Tirion for a portion of the damage dealt whether he's in the blast radius or not. Lifesteal OP.

Hammer of Wrath (20 50 days): Tirion summons a hammer of pure light above an enemy and brings it down, dealing medium damage and knocking away/stunning them briefly. While dodgeable, the time from formation of the hammer to impact on the enemy is almost instantaneous meaning it'll take a pretty quick foe. Can be cast from about 100 feet away and has next to no casting time, but can only be cast about twice per minute.
Holy Wrath (30 day upgrade) - Despite being made purely of photons, Tirion's hammers just got a lot heavier. The hammers do a fair bit more damage and can now be cast more than twice as often, about once every ten seconds. The range is also up slightly.

Consecration (20 50 days): Tirion slams a hand into the ground, discharging a massive blast of holy energy which extends for several hundred feet in every direction. Any weak enemies caught in the blast are vaporized and any stronger ones are dealt heavy damage. Any allies are healed and buffed (Tirion is only healed slightly and not buffed), invigorated by holy fervor for the rest of the update. This discharge of energy is incredibly taxing, however, and is only usable once per battle.
Purification (30 day upgrade) - Consecration now reaches a bit farther, is a bit more damaging, and is usable once an update instead of once a battle.

Lay on Hands (20 days): Tirion takes a moment to gather his power into his hand before placing it on his target (which can include himself). He then quickly expends the gathered energy into to target in the form of a holy prayer. The prayer can have one of the following effects, chosen at the time of casting.
-Target is instantly healed for 15 days of health (organic only).
-Target is instantly damaged heavily.
-Target is incapacitated until the next update (excessive harm will awaken them).
-Target receives a substantial buff to strength and resilience for the rest of the update (organic only).
Usable once per battle.

Passive Abilities

Aura of Justice (20 100 days): Tirion constantly emits a powerful aura that goes beyond morale boosting. Any allies with line of sight to Tirion on the battlefield receive a medium buff to their combat efficiency, barely enough to be noticed on a case-by-case basis but enough to make a large difference over the span of a whole battlefield. Does not affect inorganic targets, obviously, nor Tirion himself. The buff scales with the strength of the receiver, so a troop will get a buff of about 1/10th or 1/8th of a troop in power, while a 100 day organic war machine might receive a buff equivalent to a 10 day or so upgrade.
Insurmountable (80 day upgrade) - The Argent Crusade is fanatical when their leader is on the battlefield. Any ally with line of sight, or within 1000 feet, of Tirion received a massive buff to all attributes. This extends to all organic allies, including war machines and risen dead. Legions of troops will overcome insurmountable odds, war machines will carve swathes through enemy lines, and... well, you get the idea. If you're trying to take down a sizable group of buffed soldiers, then you might want to consider a new plan.

Tournament Duelist (50 days): The guy basically operated the largest dueling organization outside of the world of Yugioh. This dude knows how to fight one-on-one, and he'll probably whoop most other people at the art. When engaged in single combat with another enemy of comparable power (another hero or powerful organic WM), Tirion gains a significant buff to all stats. This won't get disrupted by a pittance of troops on either side, but a large number of troops joining in or any other major combatant will tip the odds too much to let the tenets of dueling carry Tirion to victory.

So is the effect of Lay on Hands random, because that's the only way I see it as fair. I mean something like healing 15 Days alone is pretty powerful, but its wrapped up in a mere 20 Day ability that can also do other things.

it doesn't seem unfair. i think it's fine because it's once a battle, but it'll be weaker than other once a battle 20 day abilities. he trades ability strength for versatility.

It says once per update. If it was once a battle, I'd be more okay with it. Even then, healing 15 Days is a lot and it's the one thing that has a concrete number behind it. For the other three, the mod can determine how effective each of them is.

I'd say either make it once a battle or keep it as is but reduce the healing to 5 Days. And of course the other effects are not going to be that powerful considering its 4 different abilities all wrapped into one, but you do have your versatility still.

oh, it's once an update?

fuck that. just make it once a battle or do what nobi said (it doesn't really matter which because it's 15 days in total).

Wait did I say once per update?

I legitimately meant once per battle. That's what I get for writing my hero section at 3 AM or whenever this was. It's changed now.
