flower fields: essentially the same as it is in the game, and all of the other flowers(lily, rosie, etc.)occasionally show up as random NPC's when I go into script form, and even wise wisterwood occasionally butts in. it also has the dead place with the well to the east, which is where spike found the stone. currently, it's defended by a short-range radar, some motion detectors on various trees, the single lava shooter layze brought from the floating volcano, and even its nosebleed heights. troops meant for the ground will feel lightheaded here, and digging troops could actually dig straight through the clouds and end up falling to their deaths. when payzme finished work on the bubble cannons, they made two massive pink bubbles on either side of wisterwood. the two on the left(assuming you're looking straight at wisterwood)can't actually be seen from the fields, because they're normally on the ground. if somebody jumps into one, it goes up, and then goes back down when its occupant(s) get(s) out. the bubbles on the other side do the opposite, bringing its occupant(s) down, then going back up. each bubble holds about 50,000 troops, so it's possible to get a whole army onto the fields quickly, even if it does take several trips. it should be noted that the gateway is still usable for small parties. dry dry outpost: it's defended by the one and only ring of fire. for more detail on that, check out my tech topic. anyway, should that sucker be breached, the outpost is still well-defended. the buildings make perfect vantage points for the mouser archers, and while the attacking force is busy with them, out of the raging inferno behind them that they thought they had dealt with come the spirits of flame! mwahaha! toad town harbor: screw the harbor. layze will find a much better base for them before his absolutely ridiculously long quest is over. so start speculating. NOW. |
