Summary: Taken for experimental purposes, but an alternate universe, positioned in the China-equivalent of Mobius. Though it is for Mange and myself to try out the MonkeyLizards, we are leaving it open for anyone else to join as they will. OCs or canon. =D Plot: No omg-MAJOR plot point created, yet. Setting: Time Period: Think Steam Punk meets Chinese Tradition with a blend of mysticism. Location: Closer to the western borders, where it is mild temperature year around. The land their home is located on is just north of the town, just off the road that heads east towards the capital. Spacious to accommodate many as the home acts as a resting place for travelers. Just further west is the beginning reaches of the jungle-lands, where an inlet was nearby from there. Otherwise plenty of natural space to board ten children and whatever visitors may come about. Characters in Play: Not listing OCs. List is alphabetical. Canons: Espio|Khan |

Xalvanus loved morning! Not that it was anything special, but the feeling of the cool breeze accompanied by the warm sun as it would gradually rise throughout the day was an enjoyment to feel in itself against his white scales. The light blue haired boy carefully would sit down just off the porch so his feet could touch the ground below, adjusting his staff to rest the bottom against the ground below, arms draping lazily over the shaft as he would get a lazy smile. "Brother Xal!" came the happy chirp of the baby of the group, as the little six year old ran up, the nearly pink monkey latching herself to Xalvanus' arm. "Have you seen Abby? I found her necklace on the ground!" That smile never wavered, nor did he even look down to his little sister, letting her drape on his arm, though her tugging his arm hurt a little. "Ah, no, Kothy. Have you tried her---" A huge explosion rang out then, interrupting Xalvanus, who's smile only brightened. "I believe that was just Abby's room," he stated softly, judging from where the sound had come from. "Falon!" Kothy shouted over her shoulder, taking the necklace with her as she released Xalvanus, moving to run back inside for her eldest sister's room. Abby was going to be SO mad! The boy was latched to the opposing hall, red fur and scales all black now from soot, what was once white hair disguised in black, save for the white long braid behind him. Falon laughed, clapping his hands together once and dropped from the wall to bounce up on his feet. He had been trying to rig a smoke bomb to Abby's door that would spray black smoke that would dye her whens he stepped through - but it backfired in the set up process. "I KNEW those mechanisms were too tight!" |

"What in the hell do you think you're doing!?" Abigail's voice boomed from across the hall. A cup of tea in one hand, cup daintily placed beneath it. So much for a quite morning curled up with a book. It seemed she was going to need to beat her little brother within an inch of his life. Again. The cold glint in her silvery blue eyes meant Falon was going to get something more then just the usual pummeling today. Her visible eye twitched, the cup in her hand consumed by her robotic hand, crushing the delicate china with just a sample of her force. Her normally soft blue, teal scales and silver markings would darken dramatically, clashing against her light brown fur. Pieces of the glass fell to the floor, heading straight for her brother. Thankfully she had awoke early to catch a moment with their parents to discuss getting her own wing to avoid these moments. Oh yeah, with bolted locks and guard dogs. Not even bothering to see the mild damage, closing in on Falon. Picking him up by the collar of his jacket, intending to strike with her organic hand. No need to kill him. "Hold it right there! Perfect shot." Bonita's soft, chiming voice broke in, disrupting Abby before she could land her strike. Several blinding flashes later the lilac scaled female had just enough shots to finish her latest scrapbook. Ode to Abby's rage, was what she was going to call it. So far the only person she hadn't managed to hit was little Kothy. "Ah, passionate! Striking!" Tucking her camera into the breast pocket of her top, hands slipping into the pockets of her jeans. Unlike the rest of her siblings, she liked wearing something a little less...primitive. "Just when you thought it was safe, IT COMES!" Flickering into view, though just an illusion of his scales adjusting to the light, the rainbow brilliance that was Mingyu literally 'popped' from the shadows as little Kothy headed down toward Abby's room. Hoping to give his youngest sister a good morning jolt. Running his fingers through his multi colored locks, his goofy grin ever plastered on his face. Espio did say he was born that way. |

His sight had been readjusting when he heard Abby's voice. A sheepish grin curled across his lips as he turned to the eldest, hands up. "Heeey, it's okay--GACK!" Ganked up! Temporarily paused thanks to Bonita's urge to take pictures, he quickly interjected: "Nothing harmful," this time, "I swear! See? Just dye!...Which you're getting on your hands." Not very good at talking himself out of this. He understood her panic around him, he did feel guilty about what he had done to her in the past, but... live and let die, right? And with this momentary distraction unfastened the small sash that acted as a belt and threw his arms up, dropping out of the top robe to land in a crouch, immediately turning tail to try and run. Maybe if he was lucky he could find a good hiding place for the rest of the day. Because little Kothy was pretty much nice to everyone. In fact, Mingyu's little trick worked and she let out a squeak of fear, ducking reflexively, hand son top of her dark violet pain tails as if expecting something to swing at her. In a family of twelve total one would think she would be used to people popping in and out of sight as it were. Slowly, a violet eye creaked open, before she put on a small frown and she stood in a huff. "Brother Mingyu! You frightened me!" she protested, but she softened, holding up the small locket she had found. "Have you seen Abby? I can't find her and I think this is hers." Mingyu was the eldest boy. He should know, he's smart like that! Or at least from the youngest perspective he was. |

Mingyu burst into a small bout of laughter. It was always easiest to pick on Kothy, though he had to admit he did feel a little guilty afterward. But that didn't mean it would stop him from doing it again! Hands on his knees he leaned over to get within eye level with his little sister. Quirking his head to the side slightly, taking a good look at the locket. He frowned, something he rarely ever did, rubbing his chin before poking at it. He was sure he never saw Abby wear something like that. Since a few years back she had a phobia of having things laced around her neck. With good reason too! Cheering right back up he flex. "No problem, Koko!~ Let big strong Mingyu give you a hand!" He picked her up into his arms before depositing her on his shoulders. "Hold on!" He bolted off to find the group, leaving a trail of dust in his wake. That distraction had indeed worked in Falon's favor, for just a split moment! Tossing the empty cloth aside she reached out with her metal arm, grasping onto his tail. Too bad for him it was longer then usual and an easy target on a fleeting back. Dragging him bad she bonked him on the top of his head with her fist. Nothing hard enough to hurt him, but to get his attention. "Damnit, Falon. If I catch you within even a hundred yards of my bedroom I'm going to shave you, descale you and feed you to the wild boars out back!" "I've seen her do it to the neighborhood chickens!" Bonita chirped in, not bothering to mention the snap shots she had saved of that moment. Exiting the kitchen, small pouch in hand, Alejandra was on the look out for her brother Phlox. Tossing the jingling bag, she wondered if he could take time out of his little experimentation to share a visit into town with her. She ignored the earlier explosion, as she normally did. Having shared a light breakfast with the parents. A brief conversation and before she knew it she was on a mission. The bright gold and ruby Lizkey stalked the usual places where he could be found. |

Kothy smiled as Mingyu offered to assist, and shrieked in glee as she was set up onto his shoulders. Carefully wrapping her arms around his head, fingers clasping around his jaw and tail around his waist, she grinned happily. "Ready!" she called just as they shot off. Of course Kothy had no idea if the locket was Abby's, she only assumed since it was jewelry that it might be Abby's, as in her young mind it made perfect sense. Probably the affiliation between Abby's metallic arm and the precious metal that made the necklace. Curses! His escape foiled and drug back by his long tail, he flinched as he was struck, followed by dramatically holding his head, falling over and curling into a fetal position with a quick: "OWowowowowowowowowowoooowwwww!" Of course over dramatized, for the moment Bonita spoke the little Lizkey sat right on up, leaning back on his hands (and therefore the back of his head resting against Abby's legs). "You can descale a chicken?" Smartass. He looked up to Abby, grinning to her, the now black child raising a hand up in a pledge position, the other crossing over his heart as his tail snaked between her ankles. "On my honor! No fur, scale, nor hair will come close to your bedroom!" Of course where his tail was hidden behind Abby, it was circled over to cross. Phlox was in his bedroom, as usual. TO study as much as he did with poisons he kept many exotic plants alive in his room - often because of the heat lamps that kept some of them living made it much hotter than the outside was. He didn't mind, as he was practically full lizard as it were. Alejandra would find him at his desk, two large text books opened as the younger, scarfed child worked. He lifted his head when his sister found him - were it not for the multitude of lights the boy would probably blend in naturally - dark green, almost black scales with a dark forest green hair. He sat back, setting his pencil along the spine of his notes. "Yes?" Meanwhile, back outside, the soft bells from her joints rang as Nivilion dropped from the roof, landing next to the second eldest boy of their group. The brightly yellow skinned, auburn haired second youngest grinned to her brother as she set her hands on her hips. "And what is all the ruckus about this morning?" she carried voice of confidence as she quizzed him. Xalvanus lifted his head at the first sound of bells, smiling kindly as he heard Nivvy's approach. "I do not know. I've been out here the whole time." he replied casually. Sometime since Kothy left his side, he had detached the small lantern that remained hooked on his staff, fingers gliding over the glass carefully. "Things have been fairly quiet. It may have been a misfire and none were injured," Xal smiled happily, tilting his head up to the sky: "Would you like to sit and enjoy the day today?" He always asked, as it was his favorite thing to do. Nivvy, he knew, would probably be too busy with her personal training to sit and relax. It did not bother him, though. "I will destroy you, one day, Falon." Not a hint of humor in her voice, the look in her eyes were red hot murder. Releasing his tail she looked down at her hands and arms, now coated black in whatever dye the little mad scientist had concocted. Heading into her room she hissed at him and her sister. "If anyone, ANYONE bothers me for the rest of the day, they. Will. Die." She slammed the door with such force it would close, but due to Falon's little experiment, it would take sheer force to pull it off. Leaving that up to Abby to decide when she'd be leaving. Alejandra toyed with the bag in hand, pocketing it in her vest. Hands on the edges of the desk, she peered over to try and sneak a peek at his notes. Not that she could really understand, nor did she really want to. Plants to nice to look at, thinking they could be made into something to stun or kill just killed it for her. "Oh, is that how you greet you're sister? I was just wondering if you wanted to go into town with me. Feng is sick again and dad needs me to get some medicine!" Pointing to herself and look ecstatic. She loved it when she had such responsibilities. When Father had demanded she take one of her siblings with her Phlox popped into mind first. Of course he had meant to take one of the older ones. "It'll be an awesome mission for the both of us! Marked with danger!" Which was most likely the wildlife. With Abigail out of sight Bonita stuck her tongue out at her sister. She was such a spoil sport. They couldn't be related. She let too many things get to her! Turning her attention to Falon, giving him a slight wink, wiggling her finger at him. "Falon, why must to find such humor in torturing Abby? She's going to break you're neck one day. And I wont be there to stop her." She strolled past her brother, petting him on the head, smearing the black dye. Carelessly wiping off the mess on her light gray top. On her way to the main guestrooms, she had heard they were expecting some company within the next few days. Setting up some of her artwork around may just get her discovered! Pausing as she came across Phlox's bedroom door. It was ajar, voice inside. Slipping into stealth she slipped inside. Mingyu had made it to the small group after all had been said and done. Nearly jumping out of his fur and scales when Abby slammed the door. Tail twitching nervously. Looking up at little Kothy, brow raised, but his smile never faltered. "Well seems someone didn't have their morning hugs and kisses. Think we should try and cheer her up? Or keep our heads on our shoulders?" Helping the little one down from his back, watching Falon from the corner of his eye. |

"Love you too, sis!" He stated back to Abby just after her threat, before she slammed the door. of course when she did he flinched, then sighed, shoulders slumping. Not easy dancing in a lion's den, I tell ya! he smiled a bit though, climbing to his feet after the passing pet from Bonita: "Just spreading the love is all." he stated with a grin, before picking up the small robe, pulling it back on. No big deal, he was wearing pants, the robe ended at his waist anyways. Refitting it properly (though it needed clean, the dye as all over it), he looked up to Mingyu and Kothy before grinning brightly. "Watcher step! I don't know how easy this stuff comes out." As the child was set down, she seemed a bit fearful about approaching Abby's door while she was angry. Reflexively she spun around, ducking back behind Mingyu to peek around his waist, free hand taking hold of his tail. "I don't think Abby wants company." if the girl could make herself a smaller target, she would. Phlox tilted his head a bit, "Again?" He echoed softly about Feng's condition. Alejandra would be able to easily read his notes. he wrote legibly, understanding the theories and formulas, on the other hand? Probably not so much. His eyes seemed to light up a bit at the thought of adventure. He was an eight year old boy, after all. He stood up quickly with a nod, one could almost see the smile behind his scarf. "Yes, I would love to go." he liked helping the family anyways, so this counted. Two birds, one stone, right? |

Mingyu shook his head at Falon, finding something wrong with that boy. Looking down at Kothy, feeling sorry for the little one. All she wanted was to give Abby back her locket. But the more he thought about it the less he believed it was hers. Abby had a habit of cataloging her things, if this was in fact hers, she would have thrown down a storm in finding it. Wrapping his tail protectively around Kothy's little hand, "don't worry. We'll come back when she calms down. But let's go see if that belongs to anyone else, just encase, hmm?" Pointing at Falon before he managed to get too far. "You! Do you know who this belongs to?" Picking the delicate necklace from Kothy, thanking her afterward. He would have Falon come closer, instead of walking into the black, inky mess. He would die if his brilliant neon fur was coated in black! Alejandra sighed softly, noting Phlox's reaction as she, well, looked over his notes. "Well what would you expect. He never sleeps and he doesn't eat. The medicine..." She didn't want to say it, but she knew it would only delay the inevitable for the frail Feng. Dismissing it with a causal wave of her hand. "Well, get ready, we leave!" Loving his enthusiasm for the mission. "And bring some extra rings, I hear we have some foreign traders coming in. We may get to find something good!" She was running low on luck power and her favorite energy drinks. "Well that's good, I needed to go pick up some more film. Abby used up the last of it." Leaning in the doorway, Bonita faded back into reality. Of course her shift always seemed to flex at the end, sometimes she was afraid she would be stuck in the camouflaged state. Reason why she rarely used it. Ignoring the rush of fear that was normally associated with the color change, armss crossed over her chest. "I hope you wont mind me coming." |

Falon had, up til now, been ignoring his fellow siblings while scrubbing his face with a clean part on the sleeve of his robe. Gold eyes peeked up from cloth to the more vibrant eldest brother, brow arching. Coming over, he leaned forward, not touching the locket as he examined it before giving a shrug. "I've never seen it before. Sure it's not some visitor who left it?" he tilted his head, going back to scrubbing his cheek. No progress so far. Little Kothy had since then slipped to Mingyu's side a bit, but still kept a hand at her brother's tail, between two spines. "But it was outside where Abby usually sits and reads." Phlox gave an acknowledged nod, understanding Alejandra's desire and went over to a dresser, reaching around potted plants for his allowance he kept saved up. Who knew? Maybe they really would find something of interest in town. With it, and his small blade he had for a weapon (also used in his planting research), the chameleon stopped, looking over to Bonita as she made her presence known and spoke. He gave a nod to her, not minding if she came. Usually he was very silent anyways, and was sure their parents would rather they moved as a group anyways. "I am ready," he told Alejandra, letting his older sisters decide who was coming on the final go. Edited by Espio, Oct 13 2009, 08:14 PM.

"Ah, well I guess we can give Abby some time and we'll ask her later. Till then lets go ask the others, hmm?" He patted Kothy's head, kneeling down to let her climb back on his shoulders if she so wanted. "I'm sure we'll find the owner, for my honor is dependent of it!" Pointing at Falon a moment before thinking of something dramatic to say before leaving. "...." He had nothing. Lets hope he didn't plan on doing something stupid while he was gone. Off to bug the other girls. Arms on her hips, Alejandra didn't bother to hide her disappointment in having Bonita show up and putting herself in this little escapade. Her older siblings were never going to let her grow up. Rubbing the charm around her horn, hoping that Bonita would at least avoid making a scene this time. Well, she supposed she was better then taking Mingyu. "Fiiine. Come on before it gets too busy!" Reaching out and grasping Phlox's arm and then Bonita's, dragging them along to the front doors. The soft shuffling of feet would disturb the two siblings from their conversation, followed by a harsh, hacking cough. Feng stood, looking as miserable as ever, the bags under his eyes dark and one could have worn he looked more sickly then usual. Rubbing his eyes, the usual orange and blue, were dull from his sickness. His thick orange hair a mess around his face. Aside from lack of sleep he ate just enough to get him by. Anything more often left him throwing it right back up. Trailing behind him was his favorite comforter, a leopard print on blue background. His bo staff held tightly in his coiled tail. "What happened?" Of course he was wide awake when the explosion hit, though barely conscious until recently. Usually he was the one who knew these things before they happened. Being one who never slept, he learned many things about his siblings...most things he never wanted to know or see. But his high fever had Ken in a frenzy and kept him on steady watch for the last twenty four hours. |

Hearing that shuffle, Xalvanus lifted his head, a look of kind worry crossing what features can be seen from that light blue hair. "Feng... does Father know you are here?" Why do I ask, I know the answer is no. The blind boy carefully would wait, until Feng was in reaching distance, and lift his hand, carefully setting his hand out for Feng's hand, wanting to gently coax his little brother to sit with him at least. Nivilion frowned at the sight of Feng, crossing her arms. "Falon and another one of his experiments. I don't think anyone got hurt, it quieted down rather quickly. How you feeling?" worried head tilt. Hey, family was family to Phlox. He'll gladly take it, flaws and all. As he was grabbed, he moved and ran readily with his older sisters. This was going to be fun! Intentionally, he'd move to try and run faster than them, wanting to make this into a race! Falon waited for it, watching as he was pointed to. As nothing was given, he smirked, then began to laugh as Mingyu ran off with Kothy. Oh, good times! Now, to the bathroom and try and get this mess off. A thrilled giggle as she was picked up, hugging Mingyu's head as he bolted off with a shriek of laughter! So much FUN! "Who should we ask next?" she wasn't against asking around, though she still personally felt it was Abby's. |

He swallowed, finding it an endeavor he'd avoid for the rest of the day. "Father needed a break." Taking the hand that was offered to him, settling down beside Xalvanus, leaning against him. Humming softly to himself, lost for a moment, in his own reality. Only acknowledging Nivilion with a slow nod of his head. It hurt ti talk, and answering her question seemed pointless but he would speak up after another round of coughing. "Better then last night." Which was true. Getting out of bed had been a horrible ordeal that required Ken's immediate attention, as well as Espio's. But he had to admit, in a family so big, it was nice to get so much attention. But he would have liked it if it wasn't from being consistently ill. Pulling his blanket over head head and shoulders, even under the warmth of the morning sun, full blast, he was chilled. It took awhile before he remembered why he came out here. "Will you please take me to the koi?" "Oh, it's sooo on!" Never one to turn down a challenge, as little or obscure, Alejandra caught on to Phlox's game. At once she released her siblings wrists, darting out ahead of him with her sleeker frame. Her laughter echoing in the halls, everyone would hear them coming. "Gotta keep up Bonita or you'll be eating out dust!" She was too old for such games, it was childs play, she wouldn't... A wide grin stretched across her face. Seeing her siblings fleeing backs awoke something primal, or maybe something competitive, either way she bolted right after them. Unlike the two who decided to go about on just two legs, she took to running on all fours. Picking up speed, catching up to them in no time, going as far as to bound right over their heads. A soft shimmer of gold from her tail rings and she was invisible. A show off. Of course, the right angle of light would reveal her lithe frame from time to time. Making it to the doors in record time, out of breath, but so worth it! He was going about in order, from Abby, then Bonita, to Alejandra, then Nivilion. Of course none of them where in their respective rooms. Tempted to go ask the boys as well. Hey, they could give gifts too! "If we can't find them, maybe we could ask dad? He's good with this stuff." That's if he was around. Hearing the familiar laughter, following the bubbly sounds. |

"Okay!" Any excuse was a good excuse to see dad in her book. She was perfectly content to stay up here all day, too. It was fun! Like their own little game or adventure! As they came up to the racing trio, she giggled and waved out: "Hello!" she announced happily. Phlox has started to bolt, enjoying his race, and was only pumped to run faster when Bonita threw down the gauntlet as it were. She won, but he would come screeching to a halt, having dropped to all fours and clinging to the ground to stop himself to keep from plowing right into his breathless sister. His chest heaved, but little sound came from the boy, but judging by the glimmer in his eyes he was probably grinned behind that scarf, giving Bonita a 'thumbs up'. Good job, sis. "Of course," he admitted, still smiling as he had been a solid post for his brother. Carefully, he would pick up his staff and slip that small lantern cage that held that oddly glowing cricket back into the top, before he would set it to the ground. Feeling the distance, he moved to his feet, tail moving to wrap around Feng's arm to help him up and lead him. Xalvanus was blind, but he knew where many things were in his time. Mathematical and logical mind, it helped him as he stayed on course, and turning to grab Feng he feared he might shift too much and go a bit in the wrong direction. Once his brother was up, he would start to feel his way forward, walking boldly in stride but it was his staff that moved, feeling his path. As her brothers got up, she felt it was her duty to follow. Feng was far too sick, and Xalvanus, well... handicapped. It was her job to make sure they were going to be safe. So! They would be followed by bells as she moved to follow at Feng's side, should he need additional leaning or assistance. Edited by Espio, Oct 14 2009, 04:54 AM.

As usual she was dead last. Hunched over, hands on her knees, reflexively rubbing the small gold charm around her horn. It must be loosing its potency. Greeting Kothy and give a loud sigh and turned away even before Mingyu was able to open his mouth. "No you can't come!" Gently patting Phlox's soft hair, giving him a wink. "Better luck next time. You just can't match the mightiness that is me!" She boasted jokingly, kinda. Arms crossing once more, neglecting the mess of curls around her face. Her interest perked when her other siblings showed up. Opening her arms, welcoming little Kothy's for a hug. "Well hello to you to, Koko. What brings you around in such a rush?" Immediately looking over at their rainbow bright brother. Noticing he had a rather large black spot along his side, obscuring the lime greens and neon pink of his stomach. "What happened there?" Helping Kothy' down, he offered her the locket to show off to her sisters. Addressing the others with a grin and courteous nod. Cool and calm till Bonita pointed out something he hadn't noticed till now. Some of that dye had managed to cling to his fur! His beautiful, sparkly fur! Looking down at himself, the edge of his lip twitched... "FALLLLOOOOONNN!" This was embarrassing. Keeping his head down, tightening his hold on his brother's hand and blanket. He felt horrible for having to be so low as have his disable brother lead HIM around. Sniffling, rubbing the back of his hand over his nose. "Sorry I'm wasting your time." Just another moment of being a nuisances. But once he got to see the Koi, in the small hand made pond constructed by their Father years ago, he could be left there for hours without trouble. That was the plan. Heading down the winding stone path, past the rows of white blossoming trees, he could already hear the soft splashing of water. There was only one Koi is really wanted to see. |

Xalvanus waited until they were at the koi pond, until he stopped. Once there, he felt around for Feng. Arm, shoulder, cheek, head. Pats the head once to make sure he didn't move, then flicked him in the forehead. "This is no trouble. I enjoy being outside. It is beautiful, and you enjoy it too," he stated firmly, but a kind smile was across his face, even though he was looking way off in a different direction. At that? He would use his staff to feel around and find himself a nice sit. Good thing about Xalvanus, he could easily be ignored when in the right mood; the boy could just seem to zone out in such pleasantries. Nivvy crossed her arms, her head tilting before she grinned. "Don't get too close to the water, now!" You might fall in. And with a jingle of bells, she jogged off a bit away to train some more, letting the boys have their silent privacy. Of course nearby if anything happened so she could adequately help. Kothy shrieked happily, running into her sister's arms when she was set down. "I found a locket!" she announced, but blinked over as Mingyu began to freak. Oh, he had some of that black stuff on him too! She couldn't help but giggle at that, but she did walk over to try and wipe it off. No luck. Phlox smiled behind his scarf, and bowed his head in greeting to his other siblings, head tilting with a bro arched with Mingyu's outburst. Must there always be such desire to fight in the family? Well so long as Mingyu did not bolt for Falon's location, they should be okay. Edited by Espio, Oct 14 2009, 08:38 PM.

Feng blinked, staring at Xalvanus for a bit as he felt around. This was a bit silly, till the thump on his forehead made he flinch. A new set of tears in his eyes, rubbing the spot softly. Even with his brother approval he still felt like he was a nuisances to all. Watching Xalvanus situate himself to easily. He admired his brother, how he could over come the disability the world gaze him. Always turning to the brighter side without having to actually see it. Smiling weakly he would circle around and find his usual spot. By now the rock surface was smooth and even indented with his body's impression. There was many a times were he would sit here for hours, he thought it possible for even days, watching the brightly colored fish circle the water. Slipping onto his belly, after a bit more effort then really necessary, resting his head on his arm, his other hand over the water. The warmth of the sun beating down on his back, shielding from the full force by the sheet. Waiting till his favorite fish came to greet him. A massive orange and black striped Koi. The only one he bothered to name. "Jing." Dipping his fingers into the water he watched in amusement as it followed the stirring motion. Phlox would have been right not to be concerned. Mingyu was usually one of the most laid back out of all the children, including the rather aloft Xal. But when it came down to his fur he was much more touchy then usual. To the point of violence. His jester like attitude was gone in an instant replaced by a burst of electricity. An affinity he shared for it just like their dad. For a moment one could almost see the color of his eyes, an electric neon blue. He was gone in a flash of light, a sonic boom followed him, mimicking thunder. Alajandra groaned, slapping her palm against her forehead. Here she was hoping to get out of the house before the world came crashing down around them. Either way this wasn't her fight, her problem. Looking down at the confused little Kothy, patting her shoulder. "It's ok. Mingyu is have a moment. Lets say you come into town with us, hmm?" If it would end this madness she wouldn't mind bringing their baby sister along. No reason to see the chaos that would ensue between the two brothers. And you would think being the oldest male he couldn't crack like that! Ah, this would have been a perfect photo moment! That crackling lightning, the dark expression in those eyes! Bonita would have been snapping away if she hadn't run out of film. She'd just need to find a way to get him riled up like that again. Back to the locket. "That's very pretty, Kothy, is that yours?" Ignoring Alejandra's rush to leave. Someone needed to keep cool. |

Kothy had jumped at the sudden disappearance of the eldest brother, but with Alejandra's words she gave a small nod. "Okay...huh?" looking up to Bonita as she as ushered out. "No! I found it, I thought it was Abby's, but I can't ask her. Is it yours?" and she held it up to her sister to examine. Phlox frowned beneath his scarf. He did not like in-fighting, no matter the reason, and made to go after his much faster brother, but with the girls leaving he hesitated... well... Mingyu wouldn't.. Falon could... GAH! He couldn't decide where he was needed more! Though reluctantly, he moved after the girls... Mingyu would at last go a little easier on Falon than Abby would... hopefully. Falon was in his room, still trying to get that stuff off. And would probably still be there when Mingyu found him, working on it. SOME of it had come off, though it was odd how it changed consistencies. Unaware of his eldest brother's rage coming his way. Xalvanus certainly was not going to stop his brother, nor bother him. Let his brother enjoy his peace, he was just going to enjoy the warm day. He new there were fish in there, his father had helped him learn to catch one through feeling, so that he COULD feel the fish in the water. Though interesting, unless he wanted to go through work, well... He didn't. |
