Posts: 537 Group: Global Moderator Member #104 Joined: November 16, 2010	“ Shiori! Shiori! Wake up! You are going to miss breakfast! SHIORI!” I opened my eyes. There was Cera. Trying to wake me up again. I rolled over to lok at the clock while she is still yelling at me. “OMG Cera! It is only 6:30pm. We don’t have to go to the dining hall till 8. What are you doing to me!” Just the I sat up, put on my glasses and slippers and went to the bathroom. When I came out I noticed that she was already fully dressed and packed up and ready to go to class. I rolled my eyes and went to get my clothes and my uniform jacket. “Shiori, I know you have only been here a month girl, and so much has happened, but we still need to be on time even if you are the chosen one.” I just looked at her. Right now all I heard was blah, blah,blah. (think fast) “ Cera, you know I didn’t get to sleep until after dawn this morning. But thanks for wakin me up girl. So what’s the word out in the lobby today?” I asked because she is always the center of finding out information that hasn’t been leaked to the whole student body yet. I slipped on my black jeans and my cute t-shirt, threw on my boots and my jacket (that’s what I called it anyways – but it’s actually a cloak) and grabbed my books and out the dorm we went. It was going to be a beautiful night. I could tell by the smell of the air. The windows to the school were cracked open and the cool night smell just filled the air. Most people wouldn’t have been able to smell it, but my senses were much further advanced then most of the other people here. “Shiroi, you really do look out of it this morning, are ya ok girl?” I just looked at Cera as if she hadn’t said anything at all and smiled. This morning was great. I finally got to be with Yuichi the way I had dreamed about. He was so handsome. Had everything a changeling should have. The deep brown eyes that you can get lost in, the long hair that a woman drools over, the body built for a woman to melt into, and the touch that leaves that tingling feeling going down your spin. “Yuichi..” Shit, I looked at Cera to make sure she didn’t hear me, but of course I had that awkward look on my face and she had to ask me what I said. I paused in the middle of the entry way to the café, pulled her to the side, “Yuichi.. I was with Yuichi this morning Cera…” I was worried about telling her. I don’t know why, she had to be the best friend I have ever had. “I am so happy for you! You guys are so cute together!!! OHHHH I can not wait to tell the gang..” I had to cut her off there “NO CERA! I don’t want everyone knowing yet. Please girl, keep this between us!” She looked at me and smiled while she nodded her head. She walked into the café and I followed behind her. The gang was at the usual table so we set our stuff down and got in line. Of course standing in front of me was mister gorgeous himself. Our hands touched and I almost melted. “That is my man Shiroi! I don’t understand why you think you have a chance with him!” The annoying screech of Faith echoed in my ears…. I tried to ignore her but that piercing glare of hers just made me want to punch her in the face! I turned to her “Look Faith, if that was true we wouldn’t have been together last night. Close your little whorish mouth and go back to where you belong!” That felt great to get out, but the secret that I wanted to keep, at least for a little bit, was now out in the open. As if I had signaled them, my gang just got up and came to me with their eyes wide and jaws dropped as if the freaking Goddess had just walked through the damned door… Let me pause for a moment. My name is Shiori. I just came to this school about a month ago. I was told that I was the chosen one by the Goddess. I am a changeling right now. In short, I am turning into a vampyre. At first it was not the greatest thing in the world but I have learned that I really do fit in here. My mom was completely supportive. My dad however, not so much. Of course when you go from the average kid at high school, work and life to a completely different form of life the change can be hard. I will start over, I will start from the beginning when all this started. Just a few days before I was selected to be here.
