LeBron James didn't feel comfortable coming to play for the Knicks, a source told the New York Post.

James was afraid of New York's bright lights and the intense nature of the media, the source claims.

Interesting...and honestly, it makes sense. I mean, he left HIS team, HIS town, to join another star's team, because he felt he couldn't cut it as the alpha dog.

It'd be like Jordan back in the late '80s leaving HIS Bulls to team up with Magic Johnson and his Lakers. Jordan knew he was The Man, he wouldn't do some weak s**t like that.
