when we gave up turk..we basically gave up the team's identity. stan's still trying to find our new identity..give him time...

the regular season is nothing more than a warmup to the playoffs..

I agree. With the way the Eastern Conference is, the Magic are in no danger of missing the playoffs. I am confident SVG will find the right combo of players to have on the court. Like everyone else is saying WE NEED MORE BASS!!!!

This team is in a funk right now. Need to get out fast!

this team is pathetic right now and that carter trade is turning out to look like a big f**king joke just like dwight working on his post game this summer. im sorry but i thought dwight would be a little more serious about getting better w/ his game this summer and yes I've heard the whole 2 trainers with him everywhere he went BS. I've watched this team from way before dwight and jameer were even here and after going through the early turmoil in their career's you would think having a taste of the finals would motivate him to take his game to a flat out dominant level but instead he looks as bad as he was in his 2nd year in the post.

I notice that the team is in a terrible slump, a slump they don't want to be in. But we are ok now than what we are heading because the team have enough time to switch back to the old roster order. Still got time.

I don't think this is as big of a deal as some make it out to be. This team is still working on getting all the parts together and its still early in the season. Were in the top teams in the East... and lost a few games recently. That happens to every team. No team plays 100% every night and I think its crazy to jump on a team or call out players as the reason for this. Its a cumulative effort which the guys will get through as they have every season. We'll be fine.

Even when this team was winning a lot of games early on, they were pulling a lot of them out of their a**. It was never the crisp dominant type wins we saw so much of last year. I'm sorry, but I would be shocked if this team made the Eastern Conference Finals let alone a return trip to the NBA Finals.

I love Bass, I wish he would play more. Ryan Anderson, eh, the guy shoots every time he touches the freaking ball. He can get hot, but he heaves up a lot of bad shots, as is Vince. Vince is heaving up some ridiculous shots at times and missing most of them.

I just don't like the way this team is playing together, and by the way, maybe Coach needs to not be so nice. Be yourself, SVG! .

I wouldn't be so shocked if this team made the ECF this year if they are totally different. This team was built and setup to get back to the Finals. That's it.

yeah they might make it back to the ECF if vince gets hurt the rest of the season and JJ plays for him, or if SVG finds a pair of testicles and has the team doctor put them on vince.

Yeah, personally I'm not in panic mode just yet but I'm definitely concerned with the team's mentality as of right now.

After starting out 17-4, the Magic are only 7-7 their last 14 games...including those three straight losses to below .500 teams. Something is wrong, and the coaching staff and the players need to sit down and figure out what the problem is.

I wouldn't have considered the raptors a below .500 team... They are playing awesome ball as of late, even with Calderon attempting to work himself back in.
