We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. We can't beat the best in the NBA without a shooting 4 man. It's how our offense is set up. Without Rashard and Anderson, we're going to struggle to beat anybody.

And Matt Barnes is still horrible. When we get to full strength, Barnes might fall behind JJ and get a ton of DNP-CD's

They are better than us tonight. Mo is hitting everything (literally) and Dwight can't get going.

Matt Barnes is horrible BTW.

Indeed it would be the case that we had a very nightmarish night. I don't think we want this more with this performance to be honest.

Enough of the bulls**t, this is friggin' embarrassing tonight and I'm not happy at all. I'm so pissed right now, this team should be ashamed of themselves.

You know I was all for brining Gortat back, thing he can be a real solid big man in this league, but did we really pay 30 million dollars over the next 5 years for this guy, seriously? I hope we can find a trade partner!!!!

You know what else, I'm just not impressed with Matt Barnes at all. I loved watching him back in '07 when the Warriors upset Mavericks, he seemed like a nice player off that bench for what was really a so-so Warriors team, but I'm just not impressed with what I"ve seem out of him this year. I'm really starting to wish we had Courtney, Rafer and Battie back and just added Bass to the mix.

Carter and Anderson have been fantastic for us when they've been on the floor though. The Nets trade looks to be a slam dunk winner for us.

Gortat has been a disappointment and Barnes has been flat out terrible so far this year. We'll see what we look like when we get our real starting lineup out there. As of now, I'm nowhere near the panic button. When we get healthy and then the defense doesn't improve, then it's a problem.

But where has the Jason Williams of the first couple of games been? Where is the Matt Barnes of the last 5 years? Where is the Gortat of last year?

As absolutely horrible as we looked tonight, if Mo Williams had played like Mo Williams tonight, we probably would have won. Hopefully the 4th quarter tonight will give us some momentum to blow NJ out and then get going with our full team.

Is Ryan Anderson alive???

Hopefully he'll be back next week.

People have been talking about Dwight's rebounding, everyone needs to remember how much easier it is for him to get rebounds when there is a post defender out of the paint covering Rashard/Anderson. Those power forwards are really the key to our team.

Stan- " JJ was the first to speak up in the locker room, he said, guys, let's be honest with ourselves, we are not very good right now"

Nice.
