Probably a good night to be so shorthanded. They are hitting the most ridiculous shots I've seen most of their players hit tonight. It's almost laughable at some of the shots they are hitting. And tonight is making it easy to see that once we get healthy, JJ is going to be the guy left out. He looks like a NBADL'er tonight |

I'm starting to feel this team is snake bit this year. Lew out for 10 games with the suspension. VC out....RA out now.... What's next.... |

If it wasn't for Dexter being on tonight, I would have scratched my eyes out in the 2nd quarter. What an awful game. |

This would have been a tough game to win at full strength tonight. Everything they touched turned to gold. They've shot horribly so far this year and were obviously due. We need to take care of Charlotte and get VC back for Cleveland. |

It is upsetting to lose because we still have a lot of talent on the floor, but how many games would Boston win without Pierce, Allen, and Rasheed? That is basically the equivalent of what we played without tonight. Two of three best players and the best bench player. And right now when Rashard comes back, make no mistake Anderson will be our best bench player as long as he keeps shooting like he has been. Having those shooting 4's out there makes our offense run. |

I hope this team can get over all these nagging injuries. It's starting to get annoying. Someone gets hurt almost every game. |

Looking at tonight: VC and Anderson injured Rashard still suspended Barnes had the flu and only played out of necessity Foyle is injured (No loss, but we could have used another big body) AJ just got back to the team after a leave due to a death in the family and couldn't play big minutes Looking at all of that, it's nearly impossible for me to be upset, even the defense, about anything that happened tonight. The defense struggled because we've got guys playing out of position and playing 2 different positions. And you can't discredit the type of shots OKC made tonight either. They had some open looks, but it wasn't the norm. The biggest loss was not having a 4 that could hit the 3. That made things tougher on Dwight in the post and the domino effect went from there. When we get to full strength, I see JJ and Bass being the guys missing out on PT. Bass has looked really good in spurts, but the 3 point shooting 4 makes this team go. That was made evident tonight when we didn't have either one of ours. |

Rocks blocking shots on guys with dreadlocks

the defense is becoming a real concern for me. guys injured or not teams routinely shooting 50% against is is a huge issue. I know SVG is pissed about it but the comment that scared me was after his Detroit press conference Matt Guokas basically said "I dont think its a lack of effort, I dont know how much better defense this group can play" We'll see how it gels when everyone comes back together but right now I dont know if we can match last years team defensively even if on paper we should be a hell of a lot better. |

I am not upset at all. Disappointed, yes. But it is only in a matter of time when the team loses this much to a very lowly Thunder. It's not Dwight's fault that he let the team lose. It's only the fact that not enough players in the roster contributed to the losing factor last night. I am watchful for Anderson and Carter because two huge games including the Cavs. |

I tell you what, we are going to get killed against the Cavs on Wednesday, it's a shame too. Maybe be by some miracle VC and Ryan Anderson will play. |

Missing Hedo by now? Durant would've been checked by Hedo last night, he was running freely. Bass seems to be too slow at times. and the D was not present at all. I heard none of the players seemed to be bothered too much by what happened, that is not good news, I would've expected someone, anyone to be pretty upset about getting whopped by one of the supposedely worst teams in the league. That worries me some. There is no excuse for playing so poorly. |
