Woo! Thanks so much guys! :) :)

Now that the league is over, I can divulge a secret: In the middle of the year, when I was down in the standings near the bottom of the league, I noticed that there were more points given to the team each week that played the most players. There were stat categories like minutes, field goals made, and free throws made that weighted the final score to whomever had the most guys playing in a given week.

With nothing to lose because the team I drafted was incredibly awful anyways, after getting my butt whooped by Magicmanevan 3-12, I figured I had nothing to lose so tried out the plan. I just started dropping and picking up players willy-nilly, making sure I had played more players every week than my opponent. Sure enough, after that I went 8-2 to close the season, including 2-0 in the playoffs. My final amount of roster moves was 104, with Magicmanevan coming in second with 28.

Now that I divulged my secret, I guess a change in the scoring categories is in order (unless we want to have a crazy league in which everyone is dropping and picking up everyone). :)

All in all a SUPER fun season, and pretty much the only time I actually employed strategy. Thanks so much as always MME, MM, and NYC and the rest of my Magicmadness friends.
