We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. Sure, sounds good to me. Could always use another good defender. |

His championship experience and veteran presence would be nice as well. But...we still need another PG. So lets see what we do in that department. |

Pass, we need a point guard. Bowen's old and he won't get minutes anyway. |

Add another smart, physical, borderline dirty defensive minded guy? Im all for it even if he sits at the end of the bench. He could teach peaches and barnes a few tricks of the trade in getting away with stuff. I want us to be the team that is busting people in the mouth this year and not on the receiving end, and guys like bowen, barnes, and bass help out in that area. |

Less than 0% chance of that happening. If he is signed, he's one of the last players off the bench. If we can get a 2nd/3rd PG first, then I wouldn't mind getting this assistant coach/SF. |

No thanks. Even in his prime, I considered him an overrated defender. Now that he's over the hill, forget about it. We don't need to waste a roster spot with him. Let's try to get a PG first. |

Ya, I think we should bench Lewis and put in Bowen. Seriously I don't see any reason to us getting him. He would be playing third/fourth string SF behind Lewis/Barnes/Pietrus. Point Guard please. |

At the end of the day, if there is a roster spot open, he might as well fill it. Who else are we going to put at the end of the bench? It might be good to have some toughness on the team, even if its more mental than physical at this point. |

Nice veteran presence off the end of the bench and can play good defense, I'm all for it. |

This would be a good pickup imo. I mean he obviously doesn't have an offensive game, but his defense alone deserves him a spot. We still have probably another roster spot for a PG anyways. Also, if an injury occurs, having a defensive player is always good at least to come off the bench. |
