If I am not mistake, the Warriors have until tomorrow to match the offer.

which offer? did I miss something? who offered CJ a contract (or are you talking about another player?), I'm pretty sure it wasn't the Magic.

The Orlando Magic offered C.J Watson a contract. The GS Warriors have 7 days to match the offer.

The offer sheet was never signed by Watson, we actually never extended the offer it was really just a rumor and with the sigining of Barnes it's all up in the air.

Thanks for clearing that up, I was slightly concerned there that another team had offered a contract to him.

Hope we still get him, but the only way that's now possible is probably through a sign&trade, could we use part of the TE we have from Hedo's sign&trade for that?

Oh, my bad then. I thought we did send an offer and he accepted. Thanks for clearing it up.

I don't see us using that TE on Watson. I see us using that before the trade deadline to grab someone else.

Update on Watson:
Possible sign and trade because we only have the min left.

Since Watson is still up in the air, I'm hoping Otis can figure out a way to get him over here. Man, that would make us that much deeper at the PG spot, along with the other positions.

Well, the Warriors would have to do a sign-and-trade but I doubt they would S&T to us for just a second rounder...Plus we don't have a lot of cash to use so I don't think there is any way the Warriors would get him to sign for cheap so we can save on the cash.

You can Trade him to the Knicks for Curry and Robinson or in a 4 way Trade with Jazz/Bulls/Heat and Magic
Jazz get Thomas/Reddick
Bulls get Beasley/Cook and so on
Magic get Noah or somebody else from the Bulls or somebody from the Jazz or maybe Haslem
Heat get Kirk and Boozer
