We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. We need to win games 3 and 4. That's the only way we can erase that LeBron miracle shot.

The Magic is still in control of this series.

Two things lost us this game tonight:

First and foremost, the play of Dwight Howard

And second the lack of minutes for MP. I know he had fouls, but he's got to get more minutes even with 3 fouls.

We got some bad breaks officiating wise in the 4th quarter, but overall this game was not as poorly officiated as Game 1 though. Not even close.

Just going to post what I have as my Facebook status as I'm still in shock at the moment to add anything new:
Quote:

Defend home court and tonight doesn't mean anything. We had some good luck on Wednesday, tonight was their turn after they blew a 23-point lead. No one's to blame for tonight, it was a clutch shot. Just regroup and hopefully our fans will put Cleveland's weak cheering to shame.

man idk about that dude. sure the bad officiating in game one was basically a qtr and a half and some calls at the end. but this game was momentum killing bs call from the courtney lee fast break called back because of that hedo offensive foul all the way up to the two bulls**t gortat charges. that was a huge point swing at critical points of the game

I've got to stop talking about it before I drive myself crazy, but I have to leave on a positive thought. If we can battle back and win Game 3 and eventually win this series, you would have to think that we are a team of destiny and nothing could prevent us from winning it all. As much as this has happened to us this year, you would just have to think that if you overcome this, you are meant to prevail.

Gotta get loud Sunday night if any of you are lucky enough to get to go. It doesn't get any bigger than this.

We were one LeBron James fadeaway 3pt shot with a 6'11 player in his face away from being up 2-0. It hurts, but I'm still happy that we got the split and we know that we can beat this team in Cleveland. We bounce back from losses like this. Can't wait for Sunday.
