This team is mentally weak. IT'S A FACT. This team has all the tools for a championship, except for ONE thing. A killer instinct. We are so mentally weak. To allow a team to score 33 points in the 4th when we allowed 16, 21, and 22 points in the previous quarters is unacceptable.

Howard is mentally weak and I'm sick of him saying that he's the leader. He is NOT the leader. Jameer Nelson is our leader. When we were in LA during the regular season against the Lakers, this team was tough and that came from Nelson, not Howard. DWIGHT, YOU'RE NOT THE LEADER.

Howard isn't the leader right away, not now. Imagine it right now of how heavy this deficit is placing against the backs in this locker room. I thought that having Gortat as the primary player and a fill up role for Howard and he still is except that he lets shots fall in. It's inexplicable.

i guess im in the minority here but i like the way the guys played tonight with the exception of some poor shot choices in the fourth. I really believe the momentum was swung by a few key no calls and that basket reversal. I believe dwight got hacked down low on 2 consecutive . I think turk did not get calls pierce would have. and I think perkins was pushing dwight on the hook all NIGHT long with only the calls in the first evidence of this. Did we choke? maybe a little but it was the f**kin refs who wrapped the rope around our necks

its cause dwight doesnt give off the impression of he's on a mission. yeah hes a fun loving guy but so is lebron and he will screw around with his teammates but when that ball goes in the air he is a man on a mission and gives off that impression so the rest of his teammates see that and their not a bunch of soft a** pussies.

The Celtics were on a 13-0 run, how much momentum could we possibly have had?

I would say that is the reason for the 13 point run

That reversed call was after the 13-0 run, not before it.

yeah I meant the calls were the reason, they started before the reversed call

I see what you are saying, but we missed EVERY shot we took for the last four minutes of the game. That's a little too much to blame on the refs. Bad calls are a part of basketball, and if our team can't even handle questionable calls, then they are even weaker than I thought.

The only call of the game that really upset me was the no foul on Turk's drive on Perkins. In this series, that's a freaking foul.

We should be getting ready for Cleveland right now fellas. But now we've got one game, maybe two if the team bus gets lost and they have to forfeit, left in the season and there's nobody to blame but the Magic. This series won't be won by Boston, it will be lost by Orlando. Period

yeah well I can't argue that we contributed to our own demise but I really think the refs affected it and it shouldnt be that way, there were bad calls in the fourth that I think shifted momentum

Alright, I can agree to that. I just think its important that the players take responsibilty for their s**tty play and don't try to find an external scapegoat.

And the thing is, we could easily still win this series because we're a lot better than they are. The thing is if we can't mentally play THIS game for 4 complete quarters, there's no way they can do it for the next 8. If the Magic decide to play regular season ball, they can win the next two games. But between the ears, this thing is over.

dwight just kinda called out SVG saying he needs to stay with what works

then he was b**ching about having 10 attempts. maybe he should have looked at the disaster that he was on offense before b**ching about more touches
