We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. How telling was it that Alston was kept out of the end of the game there? I would honestly consider starting Anthony Johnson next game, or possibly even having Turk bring the ball up. It's sad to say that, but Rafer's play has been ABYSMAL this series. |

Bottom line, Alston and Redick cost us this ball game. PERIOD. If MP or Lee doesn't start in Boston, SVG has lost his mind. Unfortunately, we don't have another PG worth starting (AJ is good for one game out of about 10) so Alston will probably stay. Zero excuse to lose to them, but that's it. We have to have our backs against the wall to do anything this playoff season. There will be one more game in Boston and we'll close this out at home. We can't shoot the 3 that poorly two games in a row. And if we're hitting the 3, they can't beat us. |

9 minutes for Gortat is also inexcusable. SVG dropped the ball on that. |

That shot also never happens if the NBA isn't biased and Perkins isn't allowed in the arena. Davis should have had to guard Howard all night long. And I wish Dwight Howard (an MVP candidate) got Rondo (a top 5 PG in the Eastern Conference) type calls. All Rondo has to do is fall down and he's getting a whistle. Not once, BUT TWICE, did fouls get called where he was untouched. |

One positive from the final minute. How about Dwight knocking down both Free Throws with 49 sec left to give Orlando the lead! Thats twice he did that. In Philly for Game 3 he did also to tie the game. |

Kill me now, Gortat should've played that whole 4th quarter with Dwight and Rashard at SF. |

We should have won regardless and we have to put a lot of the blame on Alston and JJ, but the officiating Boston has gotten in the Playoffs makes the Tim Donaghy situation look tame. Between allowing them to be unsuspendable, the officials almost look like they are instructed to make Rondo a superstar. I can see them trotting Paul Pierce to the line repeatedly because he's their best player and we actually did foul him a lot. But something is going on here with Rondo. I'm not a conspiracy theorist person at all, but this is obvious. |

Also I hope any JJ fans enjoyed watching this game because tonight is the last time he will ever start for the Orlando Magic. |
