Enough with the conspiracy BS.  Fisher hit Scola hard, but it was done during play.  He didn't seek out Scola and he didn't take a shot at anybody's head.  That, in my opinion, doesn't deserve a suspension.  It deserved an ejection, which is what it got.

Alston, like Howard, took a shot at someone's head, away from the play, out of anger.  That's suspension worthy in my opinion.  If they want to send a message, set a hard screen, dunk on him, give him a hard foul as he is lighting us up - but don't slap his head as he's running down the court.  We're like a team of little girs...

Conspiracy theories, like yours, are forced to ignore the obvious.  Celtics didn't shoot a free thow in the first half of game 1, despite getting blown out.  Where were the officials then?  Paul Pierce was kept in foul trouble all night with ticky-tack fouls.  Where were the officials then?  C'mon man, just let it go.

It's not a conspiracy theory. The league would rather see a stronger market team go further in the playoffs. That's a fact. It gives them higher ratings and more money. Are we going to pretend that's not true?

Of course it's true. But saying that the league would rather see a big market team in the finals is not the same thing as saying that the league, the refs, and the media are all working together to ensure that the small market teams are kept down.

I just don't see the corruption. If Rafer doesn't slap people, we wouldn't even be in this situation. We hold our own destiny, so let's stop blaming our shortcomings on the basketball bourgeois.

If Rondo's smacks to the face, body slams, and elbows are okay because they're "in the flow of the game." Then someone should crack Rondo in the mouth with an elbow during the flow of the game, then make some excuse that he was trying to get position for the rebound. It seems to work, right? That's such a weak excuse.

Please, man. If Rondo walks up to Brad Miller and slaps him in the face after the play, I guarantee you he gets suspended. Likewise, if Alston catches House in the back of the head while House is shooting, I'll guarantee you he doesn't get suspended. Stop taking the incidents out of context.

And you are exactly right. If someone has a problem with Rondo, foul him hard while he is dunking on us or slicing up our defense. Then, take the ejection like a man. But, knowing our team, we'll probably push him in the back and run away and try to hide.

What Slap should've done is drive his shoulder into Houses face on the next posession with no concern of being called for an offensive foul. You're right, howver I still think Rondo is protected.

What's theyre excuse for him throwing another player into the scorers table?
