We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. Right now, the Dwight suspension might end up being the single best thing to happen this season. You know that confidence is at an all time high on our team right now. Dwight got an extra day of game rest. And we showed how much better we can be when we play up tempo. Not to mention, our opponent in the 2nd round will have played nearly two more playoff games than we have (Game 7 + all of the OT's in that series) going into that 2nd round. |

Love it love it LOVE IT! Magic did amazing. It's tough watching Gortat blossom when there might be the change we can't re-up him. Time to kick some Celtic/Bulls a**. I love that they're tiring each other out. I was rooting for a 7 game series the whole time. |

Yeah we might have lost Gortat tonight. I hope Otis can make it work and bring back Hedo and Marcin, but I'm not going to worry about that yet. |

Just as we expected. Magic close it out in 6. Good game. I'm glad this series went 6 games. Why? Because this team showed that they can win those playoff games that they have to. Game 2 was a must win and we won. Game 4 was a must win and we won. We lose Howard for Game 6 and we won. This team is showing a lot of fight in the playoffs. |

Wow what a sig Black and Blue, and what a game for the Magic. I was blown away to get a halftime text from the Magic with us up like 20. Huge win for the franchise and an amazing boost of confidence for all not named Howard.

Yeah, even though a sweep would've been hella nice, the Magic can take away more experience from this 6 game series. They won with their backs against the wall, and they later won with two starters out of the line-up. I think it also helps instill the "don't take your opponent lightly" mentality. Tonight was also very valuable for guys like Redick and Gortat. |

I tell you what, you hit on some key points there with winning games when we had to. That's big, and I think this team has grown a lot in this series, we wouldn't have necessarily been able to do that with a sweep. And Dwight going down with the suspension has been such a blessing in disguise, because a win like tonight with no Dwight, to me will do wonders for this bunch. I'm so happy right now! |

That's one hell of a closeout game! Kudos to JJ and the Polish Hammer for getting it done! Shard played really well too. I was shouting the whole time to let him have the ball in the post up. It was almost money for Shard! (pun intended). Now who are we going to face in the 2nd round? I prefer Boston. |

im not too sure at first i wanted the bulls but seeing the way they have been playing that would be a tough matchup w/ all those athletes although dwight would completely change the way noah and brad miller are playing. I know if we play the celtics we have to exploit the matchup of rashard vs. fat boy davis, he should eat him alive offensively |

what a freakin game. thats all i can really say. oh and... Screw the media, screw ESPN. screw everyone who said we had no chance to win that game. Our team is much deeper than just superman. So before you count us out, do a little research on our "scrubs". |

I couldnt have said it better myself. I like how all these national chumps (especially on TNT) were calling the Magic "an average team" because they were having a tough time with philly, but when Boston struggles with the Bulls it's "the best series EVER!" |

Im so glad Redick had the game he did! I was hoping he would have had more playing time earlier in the series. Now hopefully he starts in Lee's place if he cant come back for the next round. |
