We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. Has anyone referred to my retrospective on Gortat? Because he is helping this team thus far. |

62 Magic points at he Half. Our offense looks much better without Lee and Howard. Of course its only for this game. It's nice to see the rest of the team stepping up to the challenge. |

This feels like a regular season game - and it's not because the Magic are dominating (though that's part of the reason). It feels like a regular season game because there's little pressure on the Magic. They weren't expected to win tonight (by Vegas and most people). So, it just seems like a regular season game instead of a pressure-packed playoff one. Anyone else kind of feel like this? I keep having to remind myself that oh yeah, if we win we advance!!! |

yea i'd say the sixer DEFINITELY lost their gas. personally, i think jj should get more minutes after this to see how this challenge may have affected his game....his defensive game does not look horrible. cant be any worse than when pat garrity was here!! |

Yeah I feel the same thing. I didn't think we stood any chance without our best player but man was I wrong. What makes this extra sweet is that the Bulls/C's series might go to seven games and that benefices our team. |

I tell you what, Rashard posting up doing a great job down low tonight. Gortat and Battie stepped up big time. Shots falling all night. I love it!!! I'm glad Dwight got suspended. f**k the talk of a slow first round and this and that, with a possible win like this tonight with no Dwight and Lee, WOW! Great stuff! |
