We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. This is team is simply not ready for prime time. Regular season maybe but not ready for the playoffs. The Sixers should not even be in these games. |

LOL These guys think that playing hard for 4 quarters is beneath them. Just because they get the most favorable matchup in the playoffs doesn't mean that you can skip the 1st round. The bright side is that we're only down 2-1 in this series. We really don't deserve to even be there. |

Great effort by Dwight. All wasted because of the inability of the supporting cast to offer any kind of help. Dwight get's a playoff career high in points and we still lose the game. Pathetic. |

Yep. Dwight has had a wonderful playoff series. He stepped it up. Unfortunately Rashard only shows up in small spurts and Turk is in discussion with his agent about his contract next year. You can't expect a rookie to light it up all the time and that's fine. Our PG offense is ok, even though Alston can't hit a layup.....although Rashard can't either, but defensively it is atrocious. |

We play better without Turk in this series. I just have had enough of watching him miss layups and flop. He should be focusing on making the shot instead of drawing the foul in those situations. I can't wait until we get Nelson back and let Turk go. |

One positive on this game though is our 3 point shot. It seems to have been better this game compared to the last 2. Our defense is still bad though. |

Look at the box score of this game guys. Rashard and Hedo are being lumped together, but looking at the stats, Rashard was MUCH more effective than Hedo. http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/boxscore;_ylt=...?gid=2009042420 If Rashard could hit a layup, he'd actually be doing OK. |

RickRolled on Real GM had a post that sums everything for me up perfectly: Embarrassing sums it up perfectly. ... I watched us dominate on a nightly basis. I listened to all of the analysts bash us....and I just told myself, wait until the playoffs.....we will prove these morons wrong. Unfortunately, the Jon Barry's, Chris Webber's, and Tim Legler's of the world were apparently right. We are a soft team, with no heart or desire when it matters. I feel embarrassed for going on the general board and defending these guys to the death..... These losses are making each and every one of our 59 regular season wins redundant. This is shaping up to be a lost season. |
