Speaking of Lee, his defense down the stretch was quite impressive as well. For example, very late in the game Miller had the ball in the corner and Lee immediately swarmed him. Miller almost ended up dribbling out of bounds but was able to (finally) find an open man to pass it to.

We've been saying it ever since he became a starter - we've got a really special player here. Very intelligent bball player; and one who should only continue to grow and mature.

A friend of mine pointed out to me something else about Lee's defense that has made him so effective...he doesn't leave his feet on pump fakes!

Usually, in the playoffs, players jump into a foul on pump fakes. I don't know how many times in the second half last night, Miller would pump fake and Lee would stay on his feet. This would only give Miller the option to pass or shoot a wild shot.

Pietrus played some stand-out team defense as well last night. Drawing charges, helping on Miller, and never losing sight of his own man. Very good to see from him.

Not to be captain obvious over here, but I really think it's as simple as making our open shots. If they have to depend on Miller to put up 30 to keep them in the game then they're in trouble. Maybe I should be, but Im not worried about the sixers
