I heard the last 9 min and watched the last 30 seconds, and man that was an exciting finish! I think Bogans has ice in his veins, and that block by D12 was a game changer...if we could have just scooped up that loose ball!! Then when Turk split the two defenders I was like MONEY, but he missed. Oh well, still a hell of a finish.

Didn't read the thread, tough loss last night as everyone in the arena was disappointed going up and/or down the stairs.
Fat Guy was running his lap again, fans not so appreciative this night. :(

Good ref crew for a change.
Dwight needs to man the f*ck up if we're going to go deep in the playoffs this season.
Rashard finally had an off game.

Pat would've won the game late, he owns Washington. :)

Hedo deserves zero blame since we should've lost by 20 if it wasn't for that unbelievable effort, damn shame he missed that many free throws though (but some other guys missed too).
We'll see these guys in the 1st Round so this loss will be fresh in our guys' minds come Playoff time (this loss may be a blessing in disguise).

Hopefully Philly will be a win tomorrow, that is all.

OH BTW, did they show Cookie about to throwdown with one of our guys (probably Dwight) during the timeout on the bench? Kid has a temper, but he was more pissed in himself for another bad game. Dwight must've called him out for those 2 being so close on that baseline and leading to a turnover. Stan ignored the situation completely, but Jameer, Adonal, Gortat and Batman were there trying separate Cookie from a sitting Dwight.

Howard should have beaten the crap out of him. When Cook's in the game, he manages to completely ruin the offensive flow and single-handedly take all of our other players out of their rhythm. At one point in the first half, if I'm not mistaken, Cook took horrible jumpshots on 4 straight posessions - all of them early in the shot clock and all of them missed. I'm fine with him taking shots within the offensive system, but his trigger-happy mentality is ridiculous.

If I were the coach, I'd tell him he gets 3 jumpshots a game. If he makes all 3, he can have 2 more. That's it. He needs to get under the basket and fight for rebounds - not stand out at the 3 point line throwing darts at the hoop.

Brian Cook: Dwight, will I ever be as good as you?
Dwight Howard: NO!

Disappointing performance from Dwight in this one. He was clearly frustrated, and the bad thing was it was getting into everyone in team -except Turk who played his heart out. I really though Dwight already was able to overcome nights like this, but this game showed he has maturing to do.

Wizards are a potential first round match, and everyone knows that our game begins and ends with Dwight. He has to step up and stay focused and aggressive even when things are not going his way. I am getting sick of seeing him go to that hook shot more instead of attacking the rim especially when that is not going for him. He is limiting himself too much.

Haywood played Dwight real well, got in his head. When does Haywood become a free agent?
