NOTE FROM THE FORUM OWNER:

We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. You can also visit the original MagicMadness Forum at http://orlandomagic.proboards.com.

Special thanks to our Staff Members: Black and Blue, MAGICMANEVAN, and NYCMagicFan!

An impending free agent, former Heat point guard Keyon Dooling said he had no issue with the Heat allowing him to depart to the Magic when he became a free agent in 2005 and would be amenable to a reunion.

I hope he doesn't go back to the Heat. I want him to stay here.

I hope he stays too, but someone really needs to teach him how to pass the basketball.

It is funny you mention that because that has always been my problem with him. He gets in these Air Jordan moods and tries things beyond himself. The thing is that this year he has been more successful than usual. It will be interesting to see if Otis thinks he is the answer for back up point guard for the next three years.

Keyon will demand a 6-year/$110 million contract to compete with Rashard. I'm not worried.

Otis Smith and Dooling conversation:

Otis: Hey Keyon, I heard you were talking to the Heat about returning.
Dooling: Yeah I have sorta, but I'll stay in Orlando for the right price.
Otis: How much are you looking for?
Dooling: Well I was thinking maybe 3years and 18million.
Otis: How about 10yr 200 million?
Dooling: Deal!

Mr. Anderson
Maybe we can exchange Dooling for Jason Williams. Williams seems to be looking to sign with us.

Williams is also terrible. Don't be fooled by what he did last night. He's still having his worst season. Arroyo is a much better option.

Switch a shoot-first, pass never PG who can play good defense, for a shoot-first, pass never PG who is nothing special defensively... I don't like it.
