We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. Great game and wonderful start to the season!! We are looking amazing!

And see how much better the offense is run with Jameer starting. We were in the lead most of the game and with Jameer out, the offense looked (and was), stagnant.

But Turk is continuing his great play, hes gotta be the MVP for us so far in this young season, hes doing it all. But you cant discount Rashard, hes one of the most purest and amazing shooters in the league. What a smooth stroke!

Drafting Marbury + Foyle = Championship. \o/

This means two things: this place is growing and we're all very excited about our team. :)

And I can even say that I loved Nelson AND Arroyo tonight. They were both great running the offense.

I love ya man!! <Wipes tears from his eyes>

Great game! I like how in the 4th after the Magic lost the lead late, they didnt just collapse like they would last season. This team has fight in it and battled back to win it! Thats a VERY GOOD sign!

good win, but this team needs to keep pushing when their up by 10-12 at the end of the game, losing these leads late in the game is going to catch up eventually, hopefully they learn to close games out like these

Wow, I'd kill for Hedo and Bogans to do this every night. Simply amazing.

"I like the way our team is responding," Magic coach Stan Van Gundy said. "Of course, I'd like it better if we'd just win by 15, but I like the way our team is responding. That's the way you're going to have to play to win games on the road in this league. I'm very, very pleased with them right now."

The past 3 games have been good tests on our teams toughness. We have another one coming up in NY. The Knicks have 2-1 record after winning against both their home games against Denver and Minnesota.

Didn't realize that Rashard had his second straight 7-made 3-ball game, he may go after 3-D's record if he keeps it up.

HEDO GETTING A LOT OF LOVE ON SPORTSCENTER!!! :D

I have to say that Hedo has impressed me a lot so far. He has become a monster at every aspect of the game. His rebounding came through last night big and THAT'S what we need. Also, his ability to hit the 3 consistently is providing great opportunities to take the ball to the basket!! Not to mention that he had such a great game after twisting his ankle ugly the night before...THE GUY IS UNSTOPPABLE!

Way to go HEDO!

I'm also loving Lewis...

"The point making machine" that's how I call him because he can do it in so many ways. Kinda expensive but he is worh it (I hope! :/ )

Jameer had a good game last night. On the other hand, when Lewis and Howard came in the game with 7:32 remaining in the 3rd Jameer was left on the bench. He was so upset that he threw the towel to the floor. Did anyone see that? SVG had his back turned so he missed it.

Note: I actually posted something that had NOTHING to do with Chuck. <pads himself on the back.>

Good post game assessment from SVG:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=NBJjCVROFnI

We really were running and moving the ball damn well to only have 6 fast break points.

And I like that SVG won't use the back-to-back as an excuse to lose because he has been busting our players' asses in practice.

SVG is right about back-to-backs. Also, they shouldn't play too much of a factor at the beginning of the season anyway. Teams have had the summer off and should be fresh at the beginning of the season.
