We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. hedo saved the team tonite, dwight has to step it up big time seriously he has been kinda disappointing so far this season, i know he is getting mauled down there but still and rashard should be disappointed, 0 pts in the 2nd half is unacceptable |

I thought we did pretty well. We disappeared during the 2nd half though and so did Lewis like iceveins said. Jameer was big with the 3's and Dwight really wasn't anything spectacular. However, I'll take the 2-1 record any day. |

Bogans was getting annoying with all the shots he took. I wish JJ got some more time right now, but it's still early so I guess the SG spot isn't exactly set in stone just yet. |

Agreed. I'll take the 25 points, 7 boards and 8 assists from Hedo. |

Big win for us tonight. I had to miss most of it on the radio tonight, but anytime we can beat Washington is huge for us because it could come down to a tiebreaker with them later down the line. It's never too early to be looking at tiebreakers

We keep getting out rebounded, but Ariza is sitting on the freaking bench.... Go figure... |

As I noted in my recap, Pat was God-awful tonight. He couldn't get off the floor quickly enough for me. |

A win's a win, but we have some problems that shouldn't be ignored. We can get by the Bucks and Wiz without rebounding well, but the elite teams like Detroit are going to kill us. We have to rebound better. Whether that means trying something new with the players we have, or maybe playing Gortat/Augustine, or making a trade. We need help rebounding and it's a much serious issue than some of you may think. A win doesn't make the problem disappear. |

We need to trade for more big men help, mostly rebounding. I wish we could some how get Reggie Evans' rebounding in the body of a better offensive player to go along side Dwight. ![]() Anyways, terribly sloppy game. Dwight got raped by Hawood at first, then came back and played better. Rashard with the great 1st half, but a big zero in the 2nd half. Hedo was the man tonight, total complete game, and amazing aggressiveness. I loved what i saw tonight from Hedo. That same attitude is what he needs to come out with every night. And again, terrible showing from the bench.
