What im thinking is that even if we did trade Carlos for Doleac.. would he really help with rebounding like we need? Hes not a spectacular rebounder by any means. And he wont be taking Foyle's minutes. So its not like he will get a ton of minutes or take someone's spot so he wont have much of an impact. Plus hes not great in the first place.

Might as well just leave the job up to Foyle or just give Gortat or Augustine a shot.

Thats what im thinking. Because unless we trade for a quality big... we really couldnt get a guy that would be good enough to have an impact off the bench in spot minutes.

Drafting Marbury + Foyle = Championship. \o/
Amen. That's why I was saying in the thread about the trade of Arroyo to Sac that we shouldn't jump on the gun so early.
Unless it's a deal we can't pass.

Just for all the guys who want to trade Arroyo for Doleac... Its not happening. The Wolves dont want to add another guard. We might as well do the same and just stick with the bigs we have.

Minnesota Timberwolves coach Randy Wittman said Tuesday that the team won't go looking for another point guard now that Randy Foye is out indefinitely with a knee injury.

"We have 15 guys, we've already gone through that part," Wittman said. "It doesn't make any sense to make a move now and then have to make another move in a couple of weeks. ... This our team.

Maybe Doleac will just get released. Sign him for cheap and he'll get like 4rbs a game for us anyways. I say we have Gortat get some more playing time and see what he can do. Same for Augustine. Get the young guys in there!

Exactly. Whats the point of wasting money or talent on another big man that will just do what our guys on the bench can do??
