NOTE FROM THE FORUM OWNER:

We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. You can also visit the original MagicMadness Forum at http://orlandomagic.proboards.com.

Special thanks to our Staff Members: Black and Blue, MAGICMANEVAN, and NYCMagicFan!

First and foremost, Van Gundy is perceived as a comedown — a less-appealing fallback candidate — after the flip-flopping fiasco involving the hiring of Billy Donovan. If the Magic don't make the playoffs, the botched Hill firing and Donovan hiring will be magnified and reiterated over and over again.

Secondly, the Magic just spent $118million on free-agent forward Rashard Lewis. If the Magic don't make the playoffs, it will lend credence to the many critics who say the contract was much too pricey for a player of Lewis' caliber.

Bianchi's tirade

I just don't know why I even bother reading his article, it's both entertaining and irritating I guess.

He is still infatuated with Brian Hill. :r Wishing he be re-hired the "third time".

His previous article was "clipped" and posted on the Magic locker room.

Rocks blocking shots on guys with dreadlocks
good for SVG i like this, u see how bellichick takes the smallest things and makes them into a disrespect deal to get his team motivated, SVG needs to do the same thing and make our team pissed off and want to prove that they belong
