Hey guys. I'm watching the Team USA basketball scrimmage on Fox Sports Net and for what it's worth, Dwight Howard's free throw form looks very good and you can tell he has been working hard on it. He is 3 for 3 so far.

His form was really never off. For whatever reason, there's a lid on the basket whenever he shoots. But he puts backspin on the ball, uses his legs, and follows-through.

If he can make 70%, look out. :wow:

Drafting Marbury + Foyle = Championship. \o/
Those are amazing numbers for 22 minutes of play. A fast offense and a good PG would make Dwight THE beast in the league.

A fast style on offense I think we got (now with SVG and judging by his years in Miami). A good PG... well, this year will be the decisions year about Jameer.

Redick won't make the team, but hopefully he learns a lot by practicing with the best.

The other team's centers were Amare Stoudemire (First Team All-NBA ) and Tyson Chandler. Pretty good competition.

Good game from Dwight. He still have many TO's (5) and was in a bit of foul trouble though (4).

Excellent numbers. I'm really excited to see it. And as long as he can stay around 70% from the line, I think we would have, beyond a doubt, an ELITE player in Dwight. David Robinson v.2.0.

I'm not surprised Redick didn't shoot the lights out. It is quite a transition from the summer league to team USA!

Great game for Howard though. His free throws are of course a concern but I really hope he also rounds out his post game this summer. He needs more moves, and hopefully Ewing gives him some.

The FIBA ball is made out of very similar material to the synthetic ball used early last year in the NBA season when he was shooting over 60% from the stripe. Perhaps he just isn't good with the leather ball.

The Blue team DID NOT win. The score keeper gave Kobe Bryant two points on his layup that was blocked by LeBron. I know it's only a scrimmage, but they messed up the score. Also in the first quarter, they gave 2 pts to the Blue team after LeBron hit a jumper.

If anyone recorded the game, look back at the game and see for yourself.

I don't know why they didn't use Howard at the end of the game. I think he would've helped close out the game.
