NOTE FROM THE FORUM OWNER:

We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. You can also visit the original MagicMadness Forum at http://orlandomagic.proboards.com.

Special thanks to our Staff Members: Black and Blue, MAGICMANEVAN, and NYCMagicFan!

Howard is playing like balls down the stretch here. He lost this battle of wills.

To play this well and lose is a disgrace. Keeping Dwight on the bench for the first half of the 4th quarter sure didn't help things. There was about 4 minutes where Bynum was on the bench and Coach Hill didn't take advantage with Dwight.

They had a chance with the last shot at the end, but to lose the way we did is inexcusable. Dwight needs a wake up call that he needs to hone his free throws or become the next wanna be shaq.

Unlucky. We shouldn't blame Howard for missing his FT's cause he had a all around good game, we just needed someone to come up and score but no one did. Nelson & Dooling were highly frustrating!

Free throws cost us the game. Smush Parker LOVES playing us. He has a career night every time he plays us. Oh well, let's get the next one.

Boys, we got robbed...AGAIN. :(
Sure we got a few make-up calls during the game, but in the final 4 minutes, it was all Kobe getting his special treatment.
You can thank Darko for keeping us very close to the Lakers in the early-mid part of the 4th because Chuck almost put us down a dozen with his crazy play. I don't care if he got 11 points, he still can't make open shots, he's getting stuffed an average of 3 times per game, and he's still not dishing the ball off.
Darko and Dwight did a phenomenal job passing out of double teams.
Smush Parker is officially a Magic killer.
I wanted to kill the guy screaming AIR BALL every time Dwight as at the line in the 4th quarter.
65% from the line will not get it done.
Jameer had 6 assists, but if he makes 2 more shots (obviously the buzzer losing 3 at the end would've taken us to OT) we probably win.

At what point do you just tell Dwight: "GO KILL THOSE PRICK BASTARDS FOR SWALLOWING THEIR WHISTLES!!!"

Blame Darko for missing the tip with forty-something seconds left if you wish, but he manned the f**k up tonight and I'm proud of him. Plus, he probably had 2 guys grabbing him and another guy chompin' on his sack.
Dwight on the other hand had about 3 guys on top of him with a guy on his d**k, a man holding his legs, and David Stern putting some green in the refs' pockets. :(

Obviously two things will happen now as we're playing in Phoenix in 18 hours:
1. We're gonna get blown out of the arena because of his deflated loss that rips at the heart.
2. We're gonna bounce back and somehow play DAMN WELL to regain the win we should've had tonight. :)
