We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. Howard's game isn't there yet. While he is beginning to catch up with his do-it-all promise, the Magic (20-14) are way ahead of schedule from last season.

Howard's 22 points, 12 rebounds, four blocks and three steals gave the Magic their 20th victory, something it took them until Feb. 24 to accomplish last season.

Orlando finished 36-46 last season, but now is bearing down on the franchise's best record since going 45-37 in 1996-1997.

Hill isn't worried about keeping Howard in the paint. He also said he doesn't know how Howard can be kept out of the Feb. 18 NBA All-Star Game. Howard trails injured Shaquille O'Neal by more than 200,000 votes.

"Dwight belongs on the all-star team," Hill said.

Howard wants to participate in the all-star slam-dunk contest. "And now," he grinned, "maybe the 3-point shootout."

Dwight Howard = MVP
Man, last season the Magic didn't reach their 20th win till Feb.24! They got it this season in the beginning of January, almost 2 months before. But can't be too happy bout that cause last year wasn't a good season so just cause we're ahead of last year's schedule doesn't mean too much. But this is definitely a good season for the Magic. Much better than last years.

Plus according to a lot of experts we've had one of the weakest schedules in the league so far. :(

I think so too, we havent played many really good teams much like the Mavs, Spurs, Suns, etc. But hey wins are wins and we got 21 of 'em.
