Drafting Marbury + Foyle = Championship. \o/
Nah, he's ok... it was an offensive foul not called, but he got up afterwards.

Yao moved his arm/shoulder for the pick, but as I have noticed in the last few games, refs do not call those offensive fouls in favor of the Magic!

This game showed me one thing and that is that Arroyo deserves to start.

this game told me a couple things:
1. when nelson comes back, the 4th quarter back court will be arroyo and nelson.
2. darko is a great defender, but he still needs a lot of work offensively. his passing is very good though.
3. the refs have their heads up yaos a**.
4. brian hill should know when to sub players in. he let the game get out of hand in the 3rd and didnt make a sub til 5 min left in the 3rd.

i like where this team is headed though. the shots didnt go down, but we have shown a lot of effort in the last 3 games.

Typical magic game we struggle for three quarters and then show up late when the game is almost over. I know our team is young but should have won this game.

I think the killer play was when the lead was cut to three and Juwan Howard hits the deep 2 near the base line with about 20secs. left. Gave them the 5 point lead. Then Hedo missed the three at the other end. The defense was great against Howard, just a fluke shot is you ask me. And there will be days when Hedo hits that three and just watch the crowd explodes to make it a tie game and all the momentum in the world.

Very exciting ending, I'm very glad of what they learned and almost accomplished.

I actually think this season the Magic have been more prone to being competitive in the first three quarters and then collapsing in the fourth. Fighting back shows heart, something our pre-Francis team lacked.

Kasun did have time, that 0 seconds thing was a mistake by yahoo.

Darko with 4 blocks. I think that if he steers clear of the Kasun foul bug, he will be a fine contributor.

Arroyo with yet another fine game. Great backup for Nelson when he returns.

Stevenson and Howard did nothing this game. Stevenson needs to prove (to me, if no one else) that he is better than a backup at the SG spot. Howard needs to act as if the team is his now, because it is, and be more consistent. Everyone has bad games, but 7 points on 5 shots wont cut it.

Overall, crummy game, but this team will look great in enough time. 8-)

I agree, but I was trying to say that in most of the games we were behind after three quarters and showed some heart at the end.

man the ref were bogus man all in favor of huston. i hate this bs if you are a star you get the calls and if you are not you dont that is bs man if it is a foul it is a foul. yao would have had 4 foul in the first half.

That was one of the reasons why we lost but you have to admit that we lost because of our lack of will and desire to win. That third quarter to me was the deciding factor , we beat ourselves.

I did not get to see the game. But looking at the stats it seems that Dwight wasn't "in" this game. 36 minutes and he only get 5 FG attempts and that FT% is horrible (5-12).

Was he in foul trouble or something? :/

Great defense by Darko (4 blocks and 2 steals). :wow:

GHill is looking good. From your posts, it seems that only him, Darko and Arroyo has had a good game. But we still managed to keep it close. :wow:

Dang! I didnt know the game was at 3:30. I wasnt home, I thought the game was at 7:00. I missed the game but I know Arroyo played good since he had 17 pts 5 rebs and 3 ast. Outscored them by 10 in the 4th and still lost. That sucks.

Yes D12 was in foul trouble but he also was double team for most of the game so you can see why he struggle so much on offense. And once again Yao owned us
