We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. You can also visit the original MagicMadness Forum at http://orlandomagic.proboards.com.

Hatorade spill on ile 3....... I have respect for all players in the NBA because they are all good. They aren't dumb for shooting ill advised shots, just have poor decision making. I never hear people complaining about Hedo when he has terrible shot selection, as do 50% of the Magic bench. |

And I need to learn how to spell Funny.....Was it yesterday that you said that Darius Miles, Jalen rose...guys like that are awful? Poor decision making = Nice way to say you're dumb, low basketball IQ. The difference between Hedo and Crawfish is that Jamal does it on a regular basis. And I complain when players on our team make bad decisions with the ball. I still think Dwight has been playing soft. |

Here's how I see it. Francis was mentally weak, didn't have the intestinal fortitude to play in bad situations. IMO one of the most important aspects of a "superstar" player is the mentality to overcome adversity and I just don't think steve had it. He is distracted and moody like a child when he doesn't get his way. I in no way doubt his skills, he has the talent of one of the marquis players in the NBA but he isn't mentally strong. That being said he needs to go, he isn't a team leader and would always have been mercurial and distracting, especially when trying to train young players. Nothing sets a bad example like a whiney star who pouts with his lack of production. Ariza will not replace his points but someone else will step up and the overall attitude of the team will improve. I like the move to get him out and yes I would rather have had Odom but not many teams except teams in dire straits are going to take a risk on Francis and his tiara. |

If no one knew before, Bo had to be waived for the deal to go through (full roster). But according to 740 The Team and some Magic officials, Penny will get waived immediately, and Bo will be re-signed. Of course Crawford is a good shooter!!! *snickers* The man shoots 31%, what more could you want. Sorry NBA: The Life, but you're wrong on supporting Crawford.Ariza is PURE HUSTLE, and can easily develop a decent jumper within a few years (great SF for the future with G-Hill walking out the door next season).

Dwight Howard = MVP

This sum ma bulls**t! This trade is garbage. We should of at least got Crawford. Hardaway and Ariza both suck. I know Hardaway has an expiring contract but its still a bad trade. Real bad. |

Drafting Marbury + Foyle = Championship. \o/
|
I'm sorry I didn't read the rest of the thread because I stopped right on this post. It says exactly what I think. I can't believe people are upset about this deal. We now have a young team and after next year we'll be the biggest force on the market of FA. Oh, and Jameer is gonna lead the team and Arroyo will get major minutes. Only good news ![]() Goodbye Steve. Thank you for your time here, I'm sure you'll be welcomed here when you come to play against us. Good Luck in NY ![]() And now gentleman, the future is beginning for us
