We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. Magic impressed me in the first half. I was very positive that the Magic would come out and play well, but to just come out and basically dominate the first half? Didn't think so. Wouldn't it be funny if we end up going on a tear now and make it to the playoffs with this team? Man, I would die laughing. Arroyo came out and showed us what he's got, which is that he can make this Magic team play as a team. DeShawn and Keyon came out and gave the Magic some great Defense, and put points on the board. Keyon with 14, DeShawn with 12, and Carlos with 10. If Magic keep playing like this, they'll win. If they keep playing like this the reason of the season, they'll make it to the playoffs as the hottest team in the NBA. Craig |

Indeed Stevo was a curse so now that he is gone our team has found at least for the moment a reason to play.

So it proves my point we need to stay ahead before the 4th quarter or we are f**ked. Anyways I think most of the L were due to injuries and Francis lack of balls to play when we most needed him. |

The ball movement helps. Steve was known for a shoot first, pass second player. So, now with Arroyo running the point, they're distributing the ball, getting the ball to the open player. So, of course they're going to shoot better. 67% well? I didn't think that well, but I think the players have a renewed faith in themselves. You've got players getting chances they didn't before. Dooling, Arroyo, and to an extent, Stevenson. Now, they're getting a chance to bring the team up onto everyone's shoulders, not just Steve's or Howard's. Craig |

Drafting Marbury + Foyle = Championship. \o/

Ok guys, lets all calm down a bit ![]() This is being a great night. We all know that we will have a lot of bad nights untill the end of the season. Arroyo will have bad nights for sure, damn, even Dwight will have them.... ok, maybe not Dwight..lol.. so, my point is: The gm's actually made us trail into the right track. Do we all agree on this? Great. So, lets not ask too much from this current roster. One thing I don't like in fans (myself included) is that we always see things with a "short vision" and I would like to see us all having a diferent mentality. Let us be happy for the trades, let us have hope for the future of the team, and let us jump on the Arroyo/Milicic bandwagon, but lets remember that when things go wrong some night that it's due to "growth pain". ![]() Agreed? I'd like to see the guys around here supporting the team in future disapointing losses.

Never underestimate the value of chemistry. If everyone's happy, and feels great, good things happen. I think this is what we are seing here. No more negative stuff in the lineup. |

If the Magic only lose 9 more games, then they have a chance. I know, a bit of a stretch, and I stated so in my message. I don't think they will, but if they keep playing good, they will. Craig |
