We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. ^^

look at this post-game quote from richard jefferson:
:@ :@ :@

I don't think richard wastryinig to be disrespectful, he was just saying that the team actually looked like they were having fun out there, and at this point a loss isn't as crucial to us as it is to a team thats fighting for a playoff spot.

- I am getting tired of Dwight just staring at players about to dunk it.  At least try to block it.  He must be afraid of getting put on a poster or something.  His offense looked good but damn he has got to get a killer instinct on the defensive end.

As a new poster, I don't know how Dwight usually reacts to someone trying to thrown down over him. In the New Jersey game, however, he had those early fouls on him and he might have just been trying to stay in the game by not challenging those shots, getting fouls, and enabling the three point plays.

Just a thought, though. I don't know how he usually defends them.

Sorry I messed up that last post. I am not familiar yet with the mechanics of this forum. Hope I got my point across.

Its okay. Dwight was indeed conscious of his fouls, but did that watching thing right up until the buzzer. He had a look in his eyes like "well, he's going to score. Ah well. I guess that is that." It was the anti-kasun, who thinks "Mario SMASH!"

To quote on a post, you have to hit the "quote button" at the beginning and end of your post.

At the beginning of your post should be this: (quote)
At the end of your post should be this: (/quote)

I used parentheses instead of brackets so you could see it. You'll get the hang of it.

But Mario has been playing good basketball of late.

There maybe a Croatia(Mario) vs Serbia(Darko) thing going on there.

Thanx, MagicManEvan and Black and Blue. At some point I want to see how to put a picture with my name.

Darko has also let people dunk over him in garbage time but I think it may be because he got a broken hand from a hard foul in the last game of the season in garbage time and it cost him the summer, year before last. He never got to play on the Serbian team or in Vegas in the summer league.

It sometimes seems like it is reasonable to do this rather than risk your career on an accident like that, but I think that the coaches and other players really disrespect the players who do that consistently. I hope Dright and Darko both lose that aspect of their game.

And I hope Darko and Mario do get that Croatian/Serbian thing going, like it's us against the rest of the league (excluding their teammates, of course). I know the Pistons really feed off that disrespect thing where they consider the rest of the league and the writers don't give them enough credit.
