We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. I don't think he would be like 2-11. I think Darko would be have at least a 50% FG. He has a good shot. He only needs PT to gain some confidence. Unfortunately, that was not given tonight. Maybe next game. |

I guess I can understand why they didnt play much. Only 1 practice and such. But, in the few minutes Darko had he looked like he had the height to stick with Big Z. As for arroyo, who got garbage minutes, got some easy baskets for Howard. If he can keep doing that then he will quickly become a favorite around here. As for the game itself. Well, my reverse jinx just didnt work. Couldnt handle Z. Lebron was pretty cold for the most part but couldnt capitalize. Francis was awful. Dwights defense was suspect. He misses a lot of close shots. He has to work on his touch. |

Perhaps Arroyo can be the Steve Nash to Dwight's Amare. Any news on Turk? Is his injury serious? |

Arroyo showed that he belongs on this team. And, why in the world is Kasun still even active? They should put Kasun on the inactive list and bring back Outlaw, but play Milicic in front of Outlaw. |

Heck, start Milicic and bring Battie off the bench. Tomorrow's starting lineup should be: PG - Carlos Arroyo SG - Deshawn Stevenson SF - Grant hill PF - Darko Milicic C - Dwight Howard Arroyo/Howard vs. Kidd/Carter would be an awesome duel! |

Well Francis has said that he isn't playing his heart out and is a little iffy about play because of all the trade rumors surrounding him. T-Mac did the same thing because of his "treatment" in O-Town. I kind of don't blame him because I would be pissed too. The same thing thats happening to T-Mac is happening to Francis. Also, wait for Darko to play a couple minutes later in the year because he is just learning the system and plays. It was only 1 practice they were in thats why they weren't given that many minutes. |

I kind of expected Milicic to get more minutes, but I'm not too worried at this point. I agree with Brian Hill wanting Darko to get more accustomed to the offense before just throwing him out there. The last thing this kid needs is to be out there running around confused and getting the media and fans all over his back. Don't worry, I trust that his minutes will steadily increase as the season goes on. Like MME said, his season average is 1.5ppg, so just getting a basket or two a game at first will be a big confidence boost for him. |

well, according to the Sentinel, Brian Hill said that last night was the least amount of minutes Darko will ever get with the Magic. He may not know the offense well yet, but at least he showed us that it's better to have him on the floor than Kasun. Kasun had 5 fouls in 5 minutes!!! while Darko did not commit a foul, yet contained Ilgauskas in the 4 minutes he played...something no one else on the Magic was able to do. |

Theres no IF I told you guys before, I've watched him play in PR, He lives for the drive and kicks and the passes under the basket. Why are we all surprised he did well? I told you he could ball. I bet you anything that Dwight and Darko's avgs' are going to go up b/c Arroyo will be setting them up. I told you not to sleep. :haha: |
