Yea Mario didn't do anything in those few minutes, but before he's looked a lot better with some semblance of an inside game.

I think Bo should get some minutes too, not just garbage time either. He's not much but he brings a Lot of energy off the bench and good D. When PG's not draining it he should play a few minutes to show his effort, or when Dwight moves to 5 he could fill a minute or two at tha 4!?!

Kasun is reminding me of a glorified Steven Hunter...

Glorified in the sense that so many people think he's got potential. I'm just not seeing it. I've had enough with these "project" players over the years...they always end up being busts.

Mario has played a lot better than Steven Hunter ever will (I don't give a d*mn how he's improved some what on other teams, he's still a stiff who can sometimes dunk and can only block, THAT'S IT!!!!)

Mario has had his very good games once he's given the playing time. You can't expect him to produce offensively in 7 minutes of work.
He's shown he's got an inside game, and he's shown that he now has a jumper (which he proudly showed at EuroBasket this summer).

Back to Bo. He's great to bring off the bench at home because he's a spark plug. He's still quick enough to guard most point guards in the league. Fans love him and he always gets a huge reaction at home. I could see why you don't play him on the road more.

Yowza, we have a war o words.

MM, I agree that Kasun is Stephen Hunter-esque. My real question is whether the Magic have done anything to personally tutor Kasun, like they did with Dwight Howard. I mean, the guy needs an overhaul, but seems to actually do somethings very well when he isnt fouling out in 2 minutes.

Cummon Tony, I think we both know that a season ticket holder for seven years knows s**t about the magic. Did you happen to see the Lakers game on Friday??? I was there and saw Bo finally play some extended minutes and he was making hustle play after hustle play. His stats were not impressive but its the energy and determination that he has that makes him special. He received several ovations from the sellout crowd, one was after jumping into the stands after saving a loose ball. So next time you say he is garbage, maybe you will realize how wrong you are.

I was at the game too. But just cuz Outlaw saved the ball and ran around doesnt mean hes any good. Alright fine he aint garbage but he does stink. He does hustle but i dont think hes helping the team win.
