0.5 or around 20 rebounds. Thats what separate Camby and Howard on the rebounding numbers.

I am betting that by mid-point of the season, Howard would be the rebounding king!

I dont know if Howard will past Camby because he has been puttin up some crazy rebounding stats but Howard has a chance. Howard is second in the league in rebounding this early in his career, hes ahead of duncan, wallace, garnett, this is crazy imagine in the future. hes really gonna dominate.

Camby just had 4 rebounds tonight against the Bobcats. So statistically, Howard and Camby are tied with 13.3 RPG.

Dwight can grab the lead tomorrow against the Knicks.

I guess i was wrong about Howard not passing Camby. He has a real good chance since Camby had only 4. So after tonight Howard will be the leagues leading rebounder!!!

Dwight "only" had 13 rebounds tonight. Not enough to get the lead away from Camby.

Dang he was close. But he still grabbed 13 rebounds thats good enough. But to even be second in the league thats crazy especially for someone in their sophomore season.

Yea it is amazing that he is even this close. I wouldnt put it passed him to lead the league. He just gets his way into the paint and jumps over everyone.

And the good thing about Howard, is that he loves the contact. He doesn't mind to push and shove in the paint. 23-13 last game.

ESPN Sports Guy was even saying that this season Dwight will have a 30-30 game.

Too bad we have very few games on national TV. He should be getting more attention, but at least now, they are starting to notice our franchise player.

Rookie
I dont think anyone could of predicted that Dwight would blow up this fast as he has, people should be mentioning him when they mention Lebron James as being "great, future, and may i say 'chosen". Both have an incredible work ethic. Of all Howard's career, the 82 starts is my favorite, no rookie has ever gone through a whole season like that. I just hope he can do the same this year

We'll have to see. He is playing like an all star despite the fact that he isnt our go to scorer (francis seems to be). Thats amazing.

thats great and all, but if the magic dont make it to the playoffs, then dwight will end up just being another diamond in the ruff, and our team will really be a joke to the leage... :( so this year we have to pick up the pace and turn the season around for good.

steve-o has to turn his game to high gear; we cant win many games with him scoring 10ppg. and we need to establish the low post game and go to the rim more because 3pt shooting is good and all, but you cant rely on pat and hedo to win a ton of games for you.

so all we need to do is get easy shots, shoot good shots, go to the rim more, get the ball to dwight more often, play solid defense, cut down on the turnovers, get consistent play from the bench, get hill back to 100%, and get more media attention, oh and make the playoffs... easier said than done :) no but seriously, if we keep up the play that we saw from the knicks game then we should be in good shape, some things need to be touched up obviously, like hill's play but were looking good so far.

Howard is opening eyes around the league. It looks like he wont make the All-Star this season, but the more important goal is to make the playoffs. Then everyone will take notice.

If howard averaged more points then im sure he would make it to the all star game easily. But when people vote they see hes not that good an offensive player thats why hes not getting votes.
