We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. @ ![]() WHAT - Orlando Magic(7-7) @ Memphis Grizzlies(10-5) WHEN - 12/2, 8:00PM WHERE - FedEx Forum TV WRBW, FXMS ROAD/HOME RECORDS - Magic - 3-3 on the road. Grizzlies - 4-2 at home LAST MEETING Nov. 4, 2005; Grizzlies, 94-85. At Orlando, Jones scored a game-high 25 points to lead the Grizzlies. ------------------------------------------- PROBABLE STARTERS Magic - F Turkoglu, F Howard, C Battie, G Stevenson, G Francis Grizzlies - F Battier, F Gasol, C Wright, G Jones, G Stoudamire ------------------------------------------- The Memphis Grizzlies look to post their season high-tying fourth straight win and complete a season series sweep of the visiting Orlando Magic. Memphis closed November with three straight victories and has won seven of its last nine, including a season-high four-game win streak from Nov. 12-19. The Grizzlies did not let down against league-worst Toronto on Wednesday, rolling to a 92-66 road win. Damon Stoudamire scored 19 points for the Grizzlies, who led by 23 at the half. Four of five Memphis starters reached double figures in scoring in the Grizzlies' 94-85 road victory over the Magic on Nov. 4. The backcourt tandem of Eddie Jones and Stoudamire combined for 42 points, including 8 3-pointers, and Pau Gasol added 22 points. Gasol is averaging 25.5 points, 12.5 rebounds and 4.5 assists in the last two games. Magic forward Dwight Howard, who won't turn 20 until next week, scored 16 points in the first meeting with Memphis. The budding star is one of 11 NBA players averaging a double-double this season. He had 17 points and 19 rebounds Tuesday, but it wasn't enough as Orlando had a season-high four-game winning streak snapped in an 85-76 loss at Chicago. The Magic committed 19 turnovers, drawing the ire of coach Brian Hill. "The biggest thing was we didn't take care of the ball," Hill said. "Just way too many turnovers against a team like this." Hill is hoping to get more from guard Steven Francis, who had 22 points and seven assists against the Grizzlies on Nov. 4. Francis' averages in points, rebounds, assists and steals are all down from his final totals of last season. Orlando ends its four-game road trip in Milwaukee on Saturday. |

Dwight Howard = MVP

This is gonna be a low scoring game but i know we got this game. We need to rebound after our last loss and get over .500 |

Memphis has played above my expectations this season, and are on fire. We need to avenge our loss at home. We're gonna be rested for this game, so expect this game to be low scoring. Stevie is very banged up right now and had an MRI yesterday, but he's definitely playing tonight. Battie and Cato hurt themselves in practice yesterday. Battie is questionable and Cato will definitely play. So expect minutes from Super Mario tonight. ![]() GO MAGIC!!!!!!

I think we'll get burned with their good 3 point shooting and our lack of it. Plus Pau Gasol is an all around great player who you'd expect to have a good game. |

I'd feel alot better about tonight's game if Francis was playing. But Miller is out for them, so maybe it will even out. |

Crap the Magic network say that Miller won't play and there he is hitting big shots. This might be our worst game of the year. |
