Tough loss tonight, but really we ran out of gas more than anything. And the Bulls pulled a few shots directly out of their rear as well. Oh well. |

francis slows our offense down SOOOO much. its actually getting annoying now. i know everyone on this board loves him, but i cant stand him sometimes. our offense looks pretty good sometimes and we have great ball movement until the ball gets to francis and he just dribbles and dribbles and dribbles and dribbles and dribbles until the shot clock is down to 1 and then he throws it to jameer and he has to jack up a shot. sometimes i think we should trade him. i cant stand him. forget the refs. we lost this game because we didnt play our usual defense, we gave up a lot of offensive boards, we didnt hit free throws, and our offense was stagnant in the 2nd half, mostly because of francis. |

Not a bad loss, more of the NBA's fault than anything. Making us play 4 games in 5 nights wasn't a really nice move on their part. Other than that, we were doing just fine in the first half, but the team just didn't have much left in the tank down the stretch. The Magic have two nights off before playing again, so hopefully they can get refreshed. Hill should only schedule light practice for tomorrow, IMO. |

McGrady and Howard... What could have been
|
Wow.... Thats all I got to say. Except Dwight, Hedo, Jameer had a good game. The rest of our team couldnt do anything well in the seconed half. Luel Deng got hot and couldnt stop him. And lets not forget that this is our 4th game in 5 nights. We just ran out of gas. and the next couple of days will be relief for friday's game againts the Grizzlies. |

I haven't really noticed Francis overdribbling too often this season. He's been much better about moving the ball around, and even tonight, he had 7 assists at the half. I don't blame Francis for anything tonight. It was obvious that he was just physically exhausted, which is understandable considering the scheduling. I wasn't expecting the Magic to win tonight, yet I was pleased to see them with the lead at the half. Our starters were just too tired after playing three games in the past four nights. |

Tough loss, but I think most of us were kind of expecting this due to the tough sched. Howard with 17 and 19! Can he be the rebound king this season?!? He is just 0.2 rebounds away from the current leader (Camby).

I just heard on ESPN that Howard is the youngest player to get 1000 rebounds. Nice! The weird thing about tonight's game was that Howard seemed almost to have a "quiet" 17/19. That just goes to show how much he's improved this season. |

Rocks blocking shots on guys with dreadlocks
|
Francis is playing hurt right now...idk if he should be playing cause it might just be better to sit him for a week and let him come back healthy instead of making his injuries worse and its and Dwight idk i think he's having that Tim Duncan syndrome of some games his head is in when he's at the lines and other games he looks like Shaq at the line and he really needs to start getting better position consistently cause Chandler shut him down for the most part in the second half and with Dwight's strength Chandler who weights atleast 15 lbs less than howard shouldn't be able to muscle him up that much to throw him off getting position we didn't bring the D either cause hinrich was owning both Francis and Nelson in the 2nd half |

He is making it look easy. I am abit disappointed though with his shot-blocking. I think he should be getting at least 2 per game. |

Definatley ran out of gas. I think they need to run more of those back screen and lobs to Dwight. Do you guys remember that Towards the end of the game when Francis set that screen on Chandler and Jameer lobbed it to him. even the commentators we're wondering why we dont run that play more often for him. It could get him going Offensively and get him in a good rythym in games. IMO Dwight will be fine in the blk catagory, Geez dude he's second in the league in rebounding and he's only 19, He'll learn timing and stuff like that. Dwight is going to own this whole league in the next couple years. |

I wasn't really expecting a win, the team just ran out of gas, as the game went on, you could see they started to get tired, what I don't understand is why B-Hill did not try to give other subs more minutes so the starters could rest a little more and have something at the end of the game. Oh well, at least they did not pack it in early, 4 games in 5 nights, what in the world is the NBA sheduler thinking? I hope they bounce back at Memphis on Friday. |

man was the team tired. they were so dead, you could see it in their faces. especially dwight and francis. francis was hurt and tired thats why he sucked on offense. but we played well, had a 10pt lead in the 2nd half but gave it up in the end. i thought we should have won that game. we need to start playing more of the guys on the end of the bench too. kasun, outlaw, and morris. |

Its really 5 games in 7 nights, and if you were told before the Wizards game the day before Thanksgiving that the Magic would go 4-1 facing the Wiz, Blazers, and Heat at home and the Celtics and Bulls on the road you would have been happy. That is 4 playoff teams from last year including the Southeastern and Atlantic division winners. I was happy with the effort from a dead tired team as well. Losses suck, but the team showed heart, and was a shot here and a play there from putting themselves in a position to win. The Memphis/Milwaukee weekend will tell us more about where this team is and what we can expect. Brutal |

I didnt realize francis was really that injured. But then I figured it out in the game againts Miami. He had the Ice pac around his ribs area. I think was caused by the car accident. I have had a Rib injury, and you cant really breathe even just walking. Seriously our team is getting plagued by injurys this month. We really need to get healthy. |
