McGrady and Howard... What could have been
I would like to say, I am sorry that I said the Magic were not going to the playoffs. They have a greater chance than the Milwaukee Bucks, or the Cleveland Cavaliers. With these comments, I am Deeply sorry that they were made.

3 Game wining streak. Yeah!!! lets go Magic. Give me a Blunt Madness. Because our party is getting started :wow:

Hopefully this will help us sell-out the TD H20house in the upcoming home games.

It's time to make noise! Go Magic!

Drafting Marbury + Foyle = Championship. \o/
We do not have a better chance of getting the playoffs than Cleveland. They have a much better team than we have.
We are on a 3 game strike, and we are .500, it's not like we already locked the 6th or 7th place.
I think Magic fans always take long shots in predictions too early.
There is a great work coming from Brian Hill, the guys are making a huge effort down there in the field, but we are not the most talented team in the East, we are not the most deep team in the East and we certainly ain't better than Cleveland. Place your feet on the ground for a second.
We will have a huge battle with Chicago, Washington, Milwalkee, Boston and Philly for the 7-8th place.

I wonder if we loose at Boston and Chicago how may "We suck and will never reach the playoffs" threads will be around.

Well, we dont have Grant. That counts for something..... If we get him back, I am sure we will be on a 6 game winning streak or something like that

True, but we might be the best defensive team in the east.

Rocks blocking shots on guys with dreadlocks
I don't know about us being the best defensive team in the east...I certainly think we definitely are one of the better defensive teams in the east, but I don't think we are the Pistons as far as defense because we can have a consistent effort all game long to have a team struggle to score points which is great but were not at that piston level yet where in crunch time they can totally shut a team down and win the game like they did earlier this year when they were playing the Suns on the road

True. We're not as good as the elite teams yet as far as defense is concern. But we are a hell of a lot better on defense as we have been in awhile. This is good thing to see. Players are seeing that if they buy into Hill's game plan, we always have a chance to win no matter how offense sucks.

Defense is our identity this year. Hopefully we can keep it. Right now, with so so so many offensive juggernauts in the NBA, a defensive team has the chance to beat anyone. Our boys look d*mn good right now.

Before the season starts, I always expect them to do better. I even consider having a better record than Washington. But when G Hill had a hernia injury, I had doubts if my expectations will ever become a reality. I'm quite satisfied where we are now, considering the injuries we had.

We definately have good defense! I tell you we had Wade and Mourning frustrated on offense, I know they still scored a lot but they had to really work at it.
As far as Cleveland goes I think they're still better especially w/out Grant back - although I don't know how Mike Brown will hold up at the end of the season. I think we are better than Milwaukee and unfortunately for Washington w/out Hughes, I don't think Daniels and Atkins will work to fill in the gap. But we'll definately be battling Philly, Chicago, and probably Boston for the playoffs - so GO MAGIC!!!!!

Dudes,

Good Defense = Good things happen
Great Defense = Great things happen

Even though the Magic may not be a Great defensive team, it is one of the best right now. The offense will come around, but we must be patient.

And I agree with Black and Blue who said "Defense is our identity this year".

After all, don't people say "Defense wins Championships"?, if there is some truth to that then the team is certainly on the right track.

GO MAGIC! Yes!

Its a good number.....if you're a convenient store.

Seriously though, there is still alot of games left. Hill will be back and Dooling after a couple of weeks.

If we are still loosing when we get healthy bodies out there, then we can all agree we are in deep s**t.
