We had a long, enjoyable run, and I would like to thank every Orlando Magic fan who contributed to our small community on the web. This message board will be left online as an archive into the thoughts and minds of a group of Magic fanatics who lived through a 21-win season, the drafting of Dwight Howard, and an eventual NBA Finals appearance. You can also visit the original MagicMadness Forum at http://orlandomagic.proboards.com.

It's way too early to tell, since we don't have a coach yet, but if we keep basically the same core, we can get 41-50 wins. |

yeah i was gonna say that too,it's a long offseason in the nba.The draft, offseason trades, and free agency.A lot will depend on the $$$$$ they throw out their in free agency, don't know how much $$$$$ they'll have this offseason though.I don't expect any blockbuster trades, but hopefully a good class of rookies and some solid free agents will be brought in.And if howard keeps progressing this team could get in the mid 50 W category. That requires hill to stay healthy all year long, big doubt right there. But if they keep the main core together they should at least get mid to high 40 W's next year. |

I voted 41-50. Howard will be better next season. Nelson will also get more comforatble at the point. I'm not sure how Francis will fit next season, but I see him in Magic uniform still. Hill will finally get a full-season. JW need to add shooters on the team to spread the floor for Howard. And we need a better center than Cato - this is difficult to find, but maybe JW can deliver. |

Looks like so far everyone and their mother is putting 41-50. I agree with that. |

I won't vote yet, but I'll just take a guess that we'll end up with more wins than last season. We need to wait and see what happens with trades, coaching changes, and the draft before a clear estimate can even be thought about. |

A real coach = 48 wins. Howard not just improving, but exploding = 50+ wins. |

With the improvement of Howard and Nelson alone, should give us another 5-7 wins at least next year. Combine that with the right coach and good Free Agent pickups we can easily top 50 wins. But for now, I say we win 40-45 games next season. |

41-50. If we get healthy this summer, get Phil (by the grace of God) or Muss, this is almost a lock that we get atleast 41 wins (just at .500).
