I figured I would start one thread that focuses on the race for the #8 playoff spot in these final weeks of the season. Save the board from cluttering up with a bunch of different posts.

Would be cool if you could sticky this MagicMadness!

As for tonight, Sixers beat the Raptors on a jumper from AI with 2 seconds left. Magic are now 2 games behind Philly

Nets lost last night to Memphis, so they are still a half game behind the Magic.

No way we win tonight, but our schedule is pretty easy the rest of the way. And of course that means nothing considering we are the Orlando Magic. After tonight, we only have one Western Conference game remaining (at Dallas). We just need Indy or Philly to go through a nice losing skid and we need to get on a roll. The playoffs are still within reach.

New Jersey lost to the T-Wolves earlier today. So for now they are 1 full game behind us. Win tonight would put us 1.5 games in front of them and 1.5 games behind Philly.

Webber is finally begining to accept that he has to be 2nd fiddle to AI. That's the only way for them to co-exist in Philly.

It'll take a miracle for the magic to make it now... we are sinking faster than the titanic. Not to be pessimistic, but we haven't won a game since...since...december. ugh, its sickening. We are so much better than this.

Philly won tonight against the Lakers. They are on a roll, and we are in funk. Things doen't look good.

Just in case we miss the playoffs what are our picks in the draft? Do we have a pick in the top-10?

I doubt we can get a top 10 unless we pull a lottery miracle

Indiana is playing in Milwaukee

Philly is playing in Sacramento

Need one or both to lose for us to gain ground tonight if we beat the Hawks.

Looks like Indiana will win. Crossing my fingers that Webber does not get his "revenge" on Sactown. He may very well play out of his mind tonight.
