yeah i'm a biased magic fan but even if we do make the playoffs, how in the H*LL are we going to keep shaq from scoring 30 everynight.Wade and him make the other players on their team way better,so i wouldn't see the magic beating them.

Anyway it would be nice to see francis put up consistent 20+ scoring nights here down the stretch. We're going to see whether he's committed to this organization or not by just watching how he performs down the last stretch of the season.I don't doubt any other players' efforts on this team besides francis's.augmon could be questionable too,but he probably likes jent more, who doesn't?

PLus if francis doesn't perform well and the magic don't make the playoffs don't be surpised at all if he were to get traded in the offseason.Players who are almost assured of being around next year:howard, nelson, the turk, and hill. Not unless Hill decides he doesn't want to wait for howard to develop, but he still has displayed his usual good character up to this point. But anyone can get frustrated no matter who they are.Anyway the status of the other players on this team is definitely up in the air.

I think your question was answered tonight.

We suck and this season needs to be over as soon as possible.

Well after this loss, I think its safe to say that this team sucks. The talent is there but we don't use it. I hope Francis steps up and takes us to the playoffs. We freaking lost to the Bobcats....AGAIN! What kind of ish is that?

Drafting Marbury + Foyle = Championship. \o/
I agree with TheGreatOne and dxwwf3 : it's now safe to say: this team sucks. It lived for many nights by the inspiration of one player that would step up eventually. When nobody steps up with an amazing night this team simply can't win, and that's what separates the good teams from our team, a bad one.

Hire a really good coach, trade Francis, Cato, Battie, DeClerq and Garrity for a good SG, a consistent C and some nice draft picks. Use our many 2nd round picks to get a good set of picks (I would say it would be good to have a final set of: two first rounders, one of them being on top 7 or 8 ), and hope for a good lottery in a few months. Draft a C and a PF. Then try to sign a vet PG that knows something about leadership (a Darrel Armstrong kind of player)...
Then pray that next season isn't like this one.

You guys said it best. Our team has a ton of talent, but is just too damn immature to use it.

We have good players. Just a bad mix. We need to get rid of some, but building chemistry among players is the tricky part.

Let's see if the hockey guy can pull it off.

It's frustrating though after a very good start this season, our team unravaled at the end. Owned by an expansion team. :(
